The lovely people who worked here while, I was going through a domestic violence situation where I had to move my belongings and all, been extremely helpful, not only they helped me while I was pregnant, your workers are viewed as family, and very helpful. Thank you for having these coworkers who demonstrate strength, respect and helpfulness. Thank you for them, it's been an long 1 year and I have my apartment during this transition at the time of my life. I will like to thank your company for working with public assistance, much appreciate your company, and my gratitude.

I had a good experience with the storage. It's just that the place is extremely warm and especially in the summer with the heat you could pass out 

The storage was disgusting and dead mice and now i have to pay so much money pay for my wrapped up clothing because there was mouse poop on all my clothing

I haven't had a problem with this storage. The cost for the was ok, but the only problem I have was I paid 50 two remove to bags of clothes and 3 empty containers.

The receptionists were very courteous and efficient. My move out was professionally done by all of the staff members. The forms were explained in detail.

I have been the Liberty Storage from 2006 to 2021. The facility was exactly what I was looking for and the location was as well. The staff was very help full and efficient and even on the phones as well. I will recommend Liberty Storage to every and any one. I say thank you to the staff of Liberty Storage. The place is clean as far as appearance and the staff is very friendly. They were very welcoming and very helpful. The only thing I didn't like is the fact that i had rat droppings all over my things which is one of the reasons why I had to take my things out.

Good day I love this place for more than five years now I spend almost three years at one time of my life there with no regrets no complaining well satisfied friendly stuff clean location inside out. Thanks once more for having me.

Its extra hot in the summer and colder in the winter no proper air ! & there is rats/mice ! Very nasty!!! For the price they are charging (almost $100 after 6month promotion is over ) it is not worth the money i toke my stuff out and moved to a different location! Better maintenance! Better air circulation! And taken well better of and way more secure then this storage place ! And the location is horrible there is no parking!!

I would like to thank Madame Romane for the help she provided as I was vacating storage room 2454. The staff members hat were handling the elevator made the moving easy and quick.

I had the pleasure of renting Unit 3856 from 2017 to 2021. The staff at Liberty Self Storage Is Kind and Considerate.Ms. Roman is a True Asset To Liberty Self Storage. She goes out of her way to make the customer her First Priority. She is the example of Competence, Caring , and helping her customers in any way possible. My experience with Liberty Self Storage is they Care about the Community Of Jamaica from the way they treat their Customers. I Recommend Liberty Self Storage To All. I would have preferred the open hours to extend to 8pm. Also, I would have preferred the storage facility to be open on Sunday.

Everyone using a storage is not homeless. The hours are are inadequate for working folks.

I worked with Roxanne and she was very thorough and effecient following up with me. Although I didn`t end up getting the unit, I would definitely use this facility.
