The truck ran great and fuel consumption was far less than anticipated. Tallying up the charges, after the truck is returned, the agent should be clear and concise, not mumbled and jumbled with a lot of useless information added in, which causes confusion. Font size should be larger on contract/final bill. I returned the truck a day earlier than anticipated, which didn't bother the agent. All in all, everything went exceptionally well.

I don't remember the guy's name that helped us at the Beaver Dam location but he explained everything so nicely and was quick and thorough in getting us taken care of. I was very pleased with everything and would definitely recommend to anyone I know!

Seems ridiculous that the tank is not required to be full before renting the truck. Very hard to estimate how much gas will be needed and not my job to have to lay extra for someone else to use.

The vehicle I drove, drove a little "hard." I had a hard time shifting the gears and it wouldnt start easily. At one point, It was hard to start and I almost thought I would have to call to have a jump.
