This was awful., It was hard to find, the guy at the counter was not very helpful, the truck made crazy sounds and felt very unsteady. Nobody was there when I arrived back to turn in the keys even though he had said he would be and I was charged 3x the amount that I had been quoted, I called to ask about the price and nobody has returned my call. As a mechanic and shop owner it's alarming to see bald tires on a truck. I would consider replacing ASAP they're really dangerous it's the passenger side rear outside tire that's totally bald.Hollis P.
I accidentally locked the key in the truck upon return and was told by Uhaul's roadside assistance that it would be 175 $to unlock. Completely asinine (especially considering the key fell off the keychain that Uhaul had provided - which was TAPED TOGETHER when I received it - hence the reason it came loose). The location was extremely convenient and they have more than enough trucks to choose from, but in the future if I can find another location to rent my truck from I will go there. The customer service was nonexistent. The wait time was neither long nor short, which was good. However was little meaningful review of not only the contract/terms of the the rental, and any discussion of the truck was non-existent. No service provided in getting the truck beyond pointing and saying, â€œthe truck is over behind the building on the rightâ€. I am not looking to have the employee pretend to be my best friend, but walking me to the truck and going over any issues/disclosures would be appropriate. Doing so would also avoid any issues with incorrect fuel levels or mileage.Marc K.

I brought the truck back with more gas than what was required and still got charged for fuel. I have called twice about the situation and get sent to voicemail where I leave a message asking for a return call and get nothing. This place is not upstanding nor will I be recommending them to any of my friends on base. Just sad!Chris S.

The Manager, Evan, is very rude to customers. He acts as if he doesn't want to be bothered. Ask a question and he is very short. And this has happened on at least 4-5 occasions. With so many people needing jobs, it's hard to comprehend any business allowing such a disrespectful employee to continue. And the Regional Manager should be ashamed if his/her lack of oversight.JOY M.
I rent very frequently from you because it's easy and convenient. I am however disappointed in the cleanliness of the trucks. I usually get a 15' box truck and often get the same truck 1804 I think and for the last several months the inside windshield is filthy, no washer fluid and the steering wheel just feels dirty. A little housekeeping would do some good. Also, beings I rent weekly or bi-weekly a little break on pricing I feel would be fair. Overall my experiences have been good.JENNIFER H.

When I made my reservation, the website asked to choose a location. The assigned located was switched to a location different from what I selected, and that was not communicated effectively as I did not catch the location change. Otherwise location was not very visible from the road. The equipment was parked on an island, not in a parking spot. It was a bit challenging to get out of the parking lot. I honestly cannot see where improvement is needed. The whole process was smooth and easy. The employees were extremely helpful with making sure i had everything i would need.
