The lady and man that worked the front desk were super rude plus very unprofessional. Every time I asked a question they would look at me with 9 heads as if I should of known the question.When I first got there I waited for 25 minutes because the lady couldn't complete a simple uhaul transaction. Overall a terrible experience and will never go back to this location.Matthew G.
I was rented a 10' that was supposedly â€œin rotationâ€ and it was never complained about, yet when I got in I noticed the right side mirror was tilted towards the ground. I fixed it as I pulled out and got on the highway. On the highway (I76, a bumpy ride at some stretches) I realized after every little bump the mirror would pivot back to the down-most position. This added unnecessary miles to my total, and as I was moving I was already having a stressful day on top of the potential safety hazard of driving a truck on the highway, unable to see anything but my blind spot on the right side. Needless to say, I was upset. The renter â€œin chargeâ€ of the Uhaul operations of LifeStorage, King of Prussia rented this vehicle to me without inspecting or notifying me of the issue. When I explained the hassle and additional miles to him and asked to get a couple miles comped off my total because I had to go out of my way and get off the highway to fix the mirror issue so I didn't crash the truck or sideswipe some poor soul I couldn't see. The guy, whose name was Neil, couldn't do anything but give me lip service. He inspected the truck and just about told me to suck it up (in nicer terms, of course) and that I would have to pay the full price because he had no control over adjusting it. While I do believe they did everything they could for me, I find it incredibly shocking that a) they were unaware of this issue b) it was not inspected by the so called â€œuhaul gooberâ€ before rental and c) there was not a single thing they could do to calm me down or appease me after my long day of getting screwed over while moving. I refuse to return to this location simply because my experience with Neil was so unpleasant. I will be the first to admit I was being snappy- but that does not excuse Neil's lackadaisical and unapologetic approach to my ire.Jack T.

The van was not clean and we had to put 2 quarts of oil and some antifreeze in it. My husband bought the van back but there was not another one available. The location was close to our house and the associates were very nice.Deborah H.

The staff at this location was very helpful in both the reservation, pick up, and return processes They treated me as if were a customer who rented a truck from them every day. I did the entire process of reserving my truck, and picking it up via truck share. Not once did we meet face to face, however, they knew exactly who I was, called me by my first name, and inquired as to whether or not I had any trouble with truck. All before I had even stepped one foot out of the truck !! Will definitely use them again, and also refer them to anybody who should ask. Excellent customer service. !!!!Amanda R.

The guy at the store was not at all customer oriented. He didn't know how to speak to the customer. The van was full of dirt and smelly too. I will never recommend uhaul to anyone and will never use your service again.Rahul A.

I phoned this location with no answer for over an hour to speak with someone right up to the time I arrived only to find the rep sitting there ignoring calls. She was rude, unfriendly, and had a poor attitude. Based on her treatment alone I would not use this location again. 1) The gas tank was not full before I picked up the van, I ended up filling 3 gallons upon driving 13 miles. 2) Your web page for returns does not work on an Android phone, the photos do not get uploaded correctly, it took me 30 minutes in freezing rain to finally complete the return using another phone 3) I reached the return location 5 minutes past 6pm, I could see the employee behind the locked glass door although he did not budge to helpParijat N.

this is my second van rental this year. Both times the van has been great and easy to use. I particularly like the split- view side mirrors which solve the blind spot issue. Both times I have been helped by Brittany - she does a fine job, is friendly, helpful, and explains things clearly. I will definitely return to Life Storage when I need to rent a van again, and hope Brittany will handle my rental.Stephen D.
Not blaming all on location, off hour pick up process is ridiculous. You should warn people how long it could take and that they may need to offer a first born child to get truck released. Truck itself was a wreckâ€¦ burned my foot the whole drive from the hot engine. Location is a messâ€¦ not sure if it's drugs or prostitutes, but couldn't believe the â€œtrafficâ€ at 11:30 drop off. The person in charge of the UHaul operation, Neal (Neil?) made renting the truck very easy and pleasant. He didn't allow me to waste my time trying to navigate the digital process but took care of my UHaul experience quickly and professionally. The whole experience was excellent. The only thing I think would improve the process would be to add some parking spaces for people who have to leave their cars--very few parking spaces available (although I was fortunate to get one).Paul S.
