The van was dusty and had pet hair everywhere. I will not return to this location.

I had a bad experience! I needed help to return the truck due to a snowstorm in Chicago on Jan 31 and costumer service did not answered my call. I was cold, in the snow, and I was unable to park in the designated location due to the snowy mountain and I was unable to speak to customer service. You should give me discount due the inconvenience and really bad costume service

I had no problems. I went inside to the automotive business and the person working there quickly told me what to do and it was pretty easy to get going. I did have to wait about 10-15 minutes with the app to get approved. It would have been nice if that was faster especially since I was outside in 15 degree weather.

The spot is very hard to park in and get out of for a beginner, it also doesn't help that I already reserved the van and submitted my driver's license to Uhaul, AND THEY MADE ME SPEND 45 MINUTES OF MY MOVING TIME TRYING TO GET THE APP TO LET ME DRIVE THE VAN. Why can't this be done beforehand? Why did I have to pay my moving people for an extra hour of sitting around and doing nothing. This is not helpful.

I think I prefer to interact with a person when picking up and dropping off the vehicle. There was nothing wrong with the location if you prefers doing remote check in/out. I was a bit confused on the return key, there was a return key box but the instructions told me to put back into key compartment where I collected them from - so I followed the u-haul instruction online.

A male customer service rep was very rude on the phone. I had to wait in 93 degree weather because your system took 41 minutes to generate a code to return the key. Customer service should have been better understanding of my situation since this was a company issue., I will most likely not use uhaul again.

Figure out how to have them fill out a lot of information needed on site when they first do the reso, making it clear that it is rental info. I did it at home then had to redo it because I missed that it was part of the check out process and then, it was unclear to me what I was to do at the location until I got hold of a representative.

Your check in app for a truck sucks. I had to do pictures of the gas and mileage three times and could not get out of step one. These asshole, because it is Illinois, have a sign that even if you do check it in fully using the app it will still cost you an extra 20 $. They have a sign that says don't park in front of the doors, but there is no other place to park.

Check in Process took almost 60 minutes. I waited on hold for an agent for 20 minutes and then was on the phone with the agent for another 25 before we finally were approved to pick up the car. It was a joke. The vehicle was decently clean no problems after the inefficient online pick up process

it was fine. the only hassle was the app when you pick up the vehicle and have to take and send pictures and have someone verify you etc. I understand the security concerns though
