There was a wire sticking out of the driver seat that gouged into my leg, it hurt. but could’ve been a lot worse if I was wearing shorts or leggings

JAMIE SI was charged for a second day of rental I called when the charge came through and was told they would call me back. They never called me back. I went by a week later thinking they just needed time and was told they would call me back. They never did. I rented the trailer on a Friday at 4pm and returned it the next day on Saturday before 4pm. They are closed on the weekend and nobody was there to check me in. I've made two attempts to contact them and don't know what else to do. I did my part and as agreed. I would love for someone to contact me.

The owners are the nicest people and we always look forward to seeing and catching up with them. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know who needs a truck.

Lane BU-Haul MUST upgrade the app, the mobile check in and truck return process is HORRIBLE through the app and you can't pick it up at off hours, which is the entire purpose of the app if it doesn't work well! You have to upload a DL pic each time, the photos taken don't load in a timely manner, and the GPS doesn't pickup your location accurately! Upgrade is desperately needed !
BRANDIE TThere is old food in the driver side door pocket. I did not eat in the truck. The driver's seat does not sit evenly.

William PTeam at Line X were great! Pick-up and Drop-off were easy and all questions addressed. Excellent customer service! There was a discrepancy online when completing the reservation. The 10' truck online shows it includes a built-in ramp to support loading/unloading; however, when I picked up the truck, it did not have a ramp. I think this is a UHaul issue and not reflective of the Line X team.

cathy mThe things needed to complete on the APP the day off wasted 1 hour of my time as the network was down and I should have been able to upload my license, references, contact information BEFORE I arrived. This was not an option as I checked daily until pickup. The only thing I should have done on pick up day was get the code and look for damage. The APP not fully working and taking minuets to load or time out will cause me to not use UHAUL in the future.
Chris CI would not change a thing. Just always have plenty of things to rent so I don't have to go anywhere else.

Odell BThe U-Haul smelled like cat urine in the back and dog feces in the cab. I had to mop and clean it myself to attempt to get the smell out before we could load it. This was an awful experience.
