First time coming to this place not bad I give it 4,9 star. Because your uhaul system was down but overall not I'll rent again.

The wait took 30 minutes even though it was reserved 3 weeks prior. I was also missing items I ordered with it as well and I had to drive to the next location to pick up what was missing. The gas was almost empty when I picked it up as well.

Uhaul broke down on me like 3 times, acted like it was out of gas and had a half a tank, don’t quite understand but I won’t get that truck or place again

Left trailer in after hours drop off. Did not get checked in until I followed up and contacted area manager. Sent email to drop off location, never received an answer.

The truck could have used a wash,the windows were dirty could not even see had to clean them before even driving off

Nothing,,, agent was very polite, and knowledgeable of the procedures. Got me hooked up and on the road quick. As far as turning in the equipment,, exact same thing.

Lights did not work on trailer and they had no test equipment. They referred me to another location on Boca Chica. They said it was they main location. The manager Jackie was excellent! Please send her a "job well done "!

Did not have my equipment dolly so had to go to center location of UHaul and go through the same place tlr o cess again

I asked the clerk the reason why my 7am appointment was not honored, however clerk was not able to assist with my issue. My move was delayed by two hours I do not appreciate this time of service.

The gentleman that waited on me was very uninformed. Even didn't know the protocol of hooking up trailer.
