This is my third absolutely infuriating experience with Uhaul in the past two years. I recieved a confirmation email stating that my location was the one I chose, not American Palace, and was sent on a wild goosechase for my Uhaul. I was out two hours behind which resulted in an additional trip over an hour and half away. I will be calling to get my $50 gaurantee. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

The truck did not have the equipment inside of it for mobile check out. It took 45mins for the guy to show up and get the equipment. In the end he gave me the wrong equipment.

Uhaul employee was 20 minutes late for my 10am reservation. I was suppose to have the truck until 2, he said he couldn’t be back before 3. Came back at 3 with the truck, waited 10 minutes before I called him and he said he couldn’t be there for another hour. So I had to come all the way back an hour later. Pretty miserable experience.

guy wasn't there for appointment, lady at liquor store had to call him, and i had to wait 10 minutes. did not do the walk-around on truck. when i get my bill, my insurance was raised to $28.00, i requested the $14.00 on my reservation. And i am being charged for 15 gallons of gas, when i only drove 15 miles and put 3 gallons of gas in (which put the gas gauge at full) b4 i returned truck. This does not make sense, do your trucks only get 1 mile to the gallon? Is this a mistake? or is the operator of this location trying to rip me off? I was going to use your company to move to oregon from denver, but after this experience, i'm going to start getting quotes from other moving companies.

Awful. Never let anyone else drop off at this location. It was a liquor store backed up against broken down apartments and there was no place to park the uhaul.

The truck heater was stuck on high and was very uncomfortable to drive. Had to wait for the man to show up on location to give us the keys and to sign the paperwork and complete the transaction.

I called ahead (to the number listed on Google for this location) and spoke with Marcus to confirm it would be acceptable to drop off at this location at a certain time, and was assured this would not present an issue. When I arrived, the Uhaul door was locked with a sign that pointed me to the liquor store next door if I needed assistance. The lady in the liquor store did not seem to have any affiliation with Uhaul, and said she would be unable to provide a receipt. I was not comfortable with this arrangement. I ultimately dropped the keys in the lock box after calling the same number again and speaking with a female manager, who assured me that "someone should be there." Tried to leave and drop off at another location, but the parking lot was so cramped that I couldn't get out without unhooking the trailer (although my reversing skills with that thing on the back are far from perfect). Definitely one of my Top Three sketchy experiences with a business, but if I ever need to both rent a truck and buy a 30-rack in one trip, I know where to go.

The drop off place was closed in the middle of the day. and there was a note to leave the truck and keys with the cashier at the small crappy liquor store next door. It was all fine and easy, but I was charged $80, instead of $50 when the final charge came through. I'll be calling customer service.

When I arrived, the tech was there and waiting but the agent was nowhere to be found. Had to go into the liquor store where the man asked the woman to make a phone call find the agent and then tell us we had to wait 10 or 15 minutes for him to arrive. When we return the truck he was not there and I was told that they would have them heal me and white with what my bill was at this moment I still don't know what I was charged

Had to go into the adjoining liquor store and have them call the guy to come rent me a trailer. He was there within 5 to 10 minutes, was polite, helpful, and got me on my way. I was just very uncomfortable going into the liquor store and sitting in my car waiting for the guy to show. Terrible part of town. I made the reservation at a different location but u haul called and told me to pick it up at this location. Trailer was fine, trip went well.

Quick and easy drop off, but the location just made me feel a little weary about the drop-off process. People were nice and professional, and am glad they handled things as expected.

After using Uhaul to move across the country multiple times this will be my ldt time using uhaul. Not only did I make a reservation for 730am but I wasn't able to pick up the truck until 1030am and at a sketchy location 25 minutes away from my house. The truck was super dirty both in the back and front of cabin and i was also given a truck that had a check engine light on it the whole time. Also, I refuse to pay $170 in total (rental, mileage charge, and re-fuel up) for a 10ft truck that was only used for half a day.. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from here on out.

Just make sure that if there is a reservation that someone is on hand to handle it. We had to wait 20 minutes to pick up and 20 minutes to drop off, since the owner had to drive to the location.

The drop off service was not helpful. We dropped off the equipment a day early and were charged for an additional day. The equipment was faulty. I would not recommend this location for using uhaul equipment to anyone.

Their records indicated that there were only 8 miles on the odometer when I rented it but there were 13. On top of this the gas guage would not measure accurately how much gas was in the tank when I filled it up. I tried turning the motor on and off and it bumped up a bit. However, I ended up putting in 1/8th tank more gas than I should have. I told the UHaul people I wanted credit for the extra but they said nothing could be done. I later found that I could do much better with renting a truck from Home Depot.

I was very worried when I dropped off the truck, as no drop box, just a slot in the door for mail. Place being remodeled, so nothing was inside which made me worry if someone would see that I dropped the truck off, or would people working inside when they got there take the truck. Very uncomfortable feeling. I also tried to call them before I dropped it off, as I was dropping it off a day early and no answer and no way to leave a messege

We were notified of the $25.00 cleaning fee if truck was not clean... because of the expensive fee my husband thoroughly cleaned the truck and we were STILL charged the $25.00 fee.

They could definately improve on their customer service skills. Be a bit more kind and personable. The guy who assisted us seemed to be trying to rush us out the door and didn't really seem to care about answering some questions we had about price differences from our online quote compared to what we ended up paying.

I have been getting Uhauls from another source for about 10 years and they quit the Uhaul business. But they always had new trucks (new as they could get). Now this was my 1st time with Super Trucks and all was very good. The 17' truck was in great shape...tires, wipers, lites, ac, clean, etc...I rent a truck about 7 times a year and look forward to working with Super Trucks again.
