Rented two identical vehicles. Pricing was different which resulted in having to return to the location to remedy the issue. The issue was resolved smoothly but took time. Very pleased with the pricing as we are a non-profit and every dollar counts.

Would like easier to find drop off address in contract. I called the 1 800 number. It was no problem. Very helpful and polite. Easily understood her directions.

Inside of truck was dirty, not with trash but splatter from beverages. Completely out of windshield washer fluid. I had to purchase and fill.

My original pick up location was to get in New Bern, NC at the last minute it was changed to Havelock so I had to drive 30 miles out of my way

I had already paid in full when I picked the truck up in Rocky Mount and brought the truck back within the allotted time but was still charged an extra $60 for who knows what. The truck was clean and in the same condition that I received it. All of the blankets were brought back, not dirty and folded nicely too. So I really don't know what I was charged for but it showed up on my card like 20 days later after returning the truck.

I don't usually complain about anything but they changed my location 3 times and when they changed it the new location didn't even know about it I had to call in and I was the person who had to tell them it was changed. It was way more then I was told when I booked the uhual.

We reserved a truck within 10 miles of our home and was rerouted to a location 40 miles away. While driving to pick up the truck we past 3 different locations with the same size truck we were renting.

We were double charged and no one will communicate with us. Our bank account his negative because uhaul has fucked up and charged us twice. What we need is someone to answer the fucking phone and refund us the money that was taken unrightfully from our account, thanks.

I rented a 20 ft U-Haul truck with 13114 miles on it from Lisa. The truck was clean and ready to go. The driver's seat was very comfortable for a 400 mile move.

Inspect and keep up the trucks. Retire ones that are a death trap with wheels. Make repairs and keep these trucks in running/working order.
