When I received the truck, staff stated that the gas tank was near full. I found it instead to be 3/4 tank. After using it for 13 miles, I added $10 worth of gas, which put it OVER 3/4 of a tank. Upon returning it, I was charged an additional $14.02 fee for gas for 3.3 gallons. I do not believe I should have been charged this extra since I returned the vehicle with more gas in it that I received. It is not my fault that their records of how much gas was in it were incorrect. I did take a photo of the 3/4 when I received it. Sincerely, Brandon Busch

Lisa’s is a great company and love working with them, however Lisa’s employee had to apply packing tape to left fender of dolly as it was so considerably damaged. Tape was fairly torn by trips end so I suggested fender be replaced before next use to Rollins employee (he validated the issue) *equipment worked ok and got the job done though so no problem there*

This is an excellent and accommodating location, Paul and Lisa are great and always have what it takes to get the job done. Thanks Paul and Lisa! As for U-haul, I signed up for trailer through my U haul account...the cost if the trailer was almost double that of 6 mos ago which distressed me and my budget, but even when I called as a repeat client, no one would help me with at least a discount. Disappointed in U-haul

The person renting was very nice.....however, i had to leave the rental counter and go about 100 yds to pick up my uhaul. I had to hook up myself and there was no light kit on it. I then had to go back to the rental counter and was told to take one off another trailer. Once i got back to the trailers i had to find a light kit, and then ensure that my lights were working on my own? Ive rented a bunch of times and this was the only time I ever had to do that all on my own....

Interior cab of truck was muddy, something had been spilled in the cup holders, bad odor. Interior of back was dirty as well. I don't expect it to be spotless but for $70 for 5 hours of use and just over 30 miles, it shouldn't look and smell like a homeless person.

The truck mechanically was absolutely horrible. The drivers door did not shut correctly, it rattled the entire trip. The rattle sounded like a machine gun in a helicopter during the vietnam war. The whole vehicle would rattle and shake for prolonged periods of time after each bump in the road. Something is not right in the front end of the vehicle. I have driven large vehicles like this before, a mechanic really needs to look over it.

Uhaul changed my location for pick up again making it inconvenient for me. Then, I went to pick up and the person at the desk to handle the rental was very rude and unprofessional. She did not care about the inconvenience or anything and told me that they have cameras and will know when I bring back the trailer and it better be by 9am. If Uhaul does not have the trailers at the locations that I made the reservation, it is your responsibility to get it there, not mine to drive an extra 40 miles out of my way to find one!

I got to the location the following day and none was around or answering the phone and it was during working hours. I went back the very next morning and also same thing and I knocked on the door and called again.so I just took the trailer to the Greenville PA location and was taken care of in a timely manner. I was given 4 days to make 10 hour trip and could not drop the trailer off in a timely manner and will have to reconsider using uhaul again

We reserved a 20' truck 9-25-18 for 10-1-18 a pick up time 11.30 am confirmation # 95184316 we got to Penn Ohio Self Storage 251 wheeler pl Sharon pa ..... Note "this location is a preference only" we got there around 11.45 and there was no truck available !!!!! Except two 10' trucks and two 26 ' we asked if we could use the 26 ' truck he said no that was reserved for someone else his excuse was it's not his fault if they don't return the truck to him we told him we reserved the truck showed him our paper work he called Greenville pa store Lisa flea market had a 20' Truck available same cost for $154.00 so we left Sharon and went to Greenville got the 20' for $210.00 this is appalling I'm retired, a Vet. on a fixed income and legally blind I had all this done and my family was ready to help me move and drive the uhaul and nothing went right very dissatisfied with your service !!!

My truck was suppose to be in mercer pa. It was in sharon pa. The Sharon Pa location guy was very ignoran and not customer friendly and no help at allt. They canceled my truck when I told them it was to be in mercer pa. I had to stay in Pa an extra day to secure a rental.! I drove all the way to sharon Pa the next day only to find out your 10' truck isnt tall enough .the lady wouldnt rent me the 15' truck on their lot and took my key and cancled my truck and wouldnt help me secure a 15' truck because I said hild on a damn minute. I had to call n find a 15' truck then drive all the way to Greenville Pa to get it!!! The Greenville folks were great there & very helpful. They even cleaned the windows b4 I left out. I was very disapointed with my treatment by the ignorant staff at your Sharon Pa site! They shouldnt be allowed to rent trucks since they dont care about folks needs only the $$$!!!

Make sure to walk around the trucks with customers so they don't get charged for damages they didn't do and pay close attention to your bill so they don't over charge for the use of the truck!

I was very happy with pick-up location personal but very, very unhappy with UHAUL its self. When I booked my rental my quote was $119.00 for 15' truck and when I went to pick it up it was $143.00. I even called customer service ahead of time(1st time on hold over 20 minutes and hung up) to get price fixed before pickup and still was not corrected. No, I will not use UHAUL again

I would say nothing. The ladies behind the counter as well as the owners were great, friendly, knowledgeable. The only concern was the uhaul website needs to be faster. No reason to stand there for an hour while trying to fill out the information twice due to the site failure. At least the ladies behind the counter kept the moral up by joking around.

Lisa’s was great. Both Lisa’s and Uhaul went above expectations for an equipment mix up and made it right. Only thing I would suggest is different flooring. Gets slippery when wet!
