Lisas is a great place to rent U-Haul. Nice selection - trucks and trailers. Smooth transaction - started on web and finished at the store. Plan to spend a few minutes to review the equipment and paperwork. Grab a minimum bit of extra insurance, as most auto insurance doesn't cover any trailer damage - but call your insurance agent first to check. Overall, will rent there again in a few weeks. Good people to work with.

Lisa was helpful, but working on her own to cover the location, which meant I had to find and hook up my UHaul trailer on my own. She was super friendly and even called my cell phone when it took longer than expected, though.

The mobile check in was not working and we had to go in to check in, apparently the website did not even notify the store of the pick up as they had the key at the desk and not in the box. The employee in the store that help me finish checking in was fantastic and very helpful. I do not recommend using the mobile check in if you can help it, the mobile return process worked fine.

I ordered and paid for several moving accessories, such as pads, a furniture, dollie, an appliance dollie, and a utility dollie. When I arrived at the store, the clerk stated that they only had one moving dollie and none of the other supplies that I ordered. The store doesn't carry those supplies. If I hadn't hired professional movers, I would have been unable to complete my move. If a store contracts with U-Haul, U-Haul should make sure the stores have the necessary items U-Haul offers.

I have used the self checkin before, but it wouldn't work this time. Lisa's staff were awesome and helped me get going very quickly since i couldn't self checkout.

They should probably take down the racist imagery in front of their store. If not the Indian sculptures, at least the old-time minstrel imagery in one of the signs. They also did not inform me, upon informing them that I couldn't verify a pick-up time (due to being forced to change locations the day before and needing flexibility in pick-up due to this), that 24/7 pick up only had a 15-minute window and that they had scheduled me for 4 pm pick-up. Also, whoever informed me of this over the phone had an awful bedside manner, and was eager to point out how this was my fault after Uhaul failed to meet their own standards time and time again during this situation.

Had to use my own phone to take picture of MY license. They did not possess any kind of copy machine. Had absolutely no knowledge as to what needed done for rental. Very uniformed people. Never again from there.

Everything about my rental was different. The pick up location changed, the drop off location changed, the amount of time changed. They didn't even have all of the equipment I requested. The truck had a leak in the "Mothers Attic" and some of our moving boxes and items were get (it rained a bit during our move). I was changed a bunch more after the fact even though I had no way of complaining before hand.

I was charged for 2 days and only had it 1 day, I was charged for furniture pads that I never asked for, and I was charged 4 times in my credit card all different amounts! I tried to call your customer service but was placed on a 2 hour hold time.

Very upset. Used condom and dirty diaper in truck! The store people removed after we walked in to tell them. We were told we would get money prorated if back early. We used less than 4 hours. Not only told this once but three times like when we reserved.when we picked it up and again when i called to ask why we got charged 100! The site called you to do something and you wont budge. You just lost a job for an out of state relocation to south Carolina of 800 miles because you wouldnt take off less than 50!!!

Picked up truck ,got home and a lock was on the back of it . I had a group of people lined up to help they left after half hour Someone showed up and unlocked truck hour to hour and 30 minutes .Really inconvenience for me Not a good experience they blamed Uhaul for lock

The woman who completed my rental information did NOT complete the hook-up of my U-Haul trailer; she informed me that I had to complete that on my own. Since I am not trained to do that and I had never hooked up a trailer before, I did it incorrectly. The woman looked over the hook-up afterwards and said that I was able to leave. A few minutes down the road, I received a phone call from the owner of Lisa's General Store informing me that I needed to pull over right away because my trailer was not hooked up correctly and I was in danger of losing the trailer and being in a serious accident. The gentleman was then able to drive to me and assist me with making sure my trailer was properly hooked up. When I stated that the woman did not complete the hook-up & that she had said I was responsible for it, he informed me that he has told his employees multiple times that THEY (and not the customers) are responsible for completing the hook-ups and that the employees have been trained in this task. I would love to be able to recommend this location simply due to the kindness of the owner of Lisa's General Store; the only reason why I am not recommending this location is due to the extreme safety concerns I have with his employees who do not complete their job duties as expected.

This was my second time renting from this location and both times the key was not where the 24/7 app stated it would be. I had to wait 45min this time to get the key which cut into my rental time. The lady behind the desk was also not polite at all either times.

This site was 40 miles from my home, staff rude and grumpy No concept of the needed mileage just to get truck back to my home to load the on to destination.

We have returned trucks twice to this location. The first time the person was just not friendly; not ideal but not a deal breaker. The second time they charged us an additional day -53 $ even though we returned the truck early. When I called to question the charge they told me it was for overage on the mileage even thought that is not what the bill said. I explained that we had asked for additional mileage when we picked up the truck in GA and did not what to get stuck with overage at the end. The person in PA told me she had no way of knowing what the pick up location in GA did or did not say. It was clearly stated on our paperwork that we were allowed the 805 miles not the 730 that she was telling me we had. They eventually issued a refund for the 53 $we are just now waiting for Uhaul to credit it back. And to be clear even though she told me it was for a mileage overage the bill stated it was for extra days. Not a great drop off site and will not rent or return from this location again.

Don't obsess with the cleaning of the truck. I literally had a 4 inch twig in the back and was asked to sweep it

Do a better job with trailer maintenance. There were a couple of door rollers that had come off laying inside on the floor. The back door seal also leaked quite a bit. This was reported when we dropped the trailer off and they immediately addressed the maintenance issues.

Save my information so I can rent quicker. Keep my card on file , address and driver's license. Maybe just scan license and I'm good to go? I rent 3 or 4 times a year. But the location is awsome, friendly and always have a truck . Also convenient and easy to find.

When I make a 10:30 reservation and I get there at 10:20, just to find out the store is closed, call uhaul and they just acted like nothing. Didn't even offer any compensation for my wasted time on their mistake.

Inside cargo area of truck was dirty. Mattress is hauled have dirt / black grim. When taking into my new house the dirt got in my carpet. Now I have to have it cleaned and the mattress cleaned. Not happy at all. U-Haul messes up my initial rental. Had to travel 30 minute away to pick up a t truck. I want a refund for my trouble

The inside of the truck smelled so bad. Had to drive with windows down. They left a bottle of frebreez in the cup holder for me. Did not even come close to eliminating the smell.

When I received the truck, staff stated that the gas tank was near full. I found it instead to be 3/4 tank. After using it for 13 miles, I added 10 $worth of gas, which put it OVER 3/4 of a tank. Upon returning it, I was charged an additional 14,02 $ fee for gas for 3,3 gallons. I do not believe I should have been charged this extra since I returned the vehicle with more gas in it that I received. It is not my fault that their records of how much gas was in it were incorrect. I did take a photo of the 3/4 when I received it. Sincerely, Brandon Busch
