Did not have appliance dolly that was requested. App is confusing. When I called for assistance it was not helpful. When returning truck there were unclear directions as to where to park it.

The Multifactor authentication process taking place at the time of pickup is not conducive to folks wanting to quickly get on their way. It was frustrating having to do these things when wanting to hurry to begin packing.

And the dolly that I paid for wasn't in the truck so ended up having to go inside and even though the woman was so nice, it shouldn't have taken that long. Arrived at 4, left at 4:40 with the truck. Not easy.

Abbey McFarlandI had called a pick up about 10 miles from my house. I get there and they had my truck pick up in marion about 20 miles away. So I had a additional 40 miles on my bill. ($40). The lady was very helpful but she said to contact uhaul to see if I can get a refund for the mix up.
JOE PRINCEYou over charge for services. I had never rented using my phone and didn't realize the check in process was so involved. I had already deposited my key and contract so had no way of knowing the exact mileage when I rented. Should have been notified up front what was need at check in.

She checked back with me to make sure I was able to place my order online and gave me very clear/simple directions on how to use the online service. When I picked up and returned she reassured me of what I needed to do I was doing. I would recommend using Uhaul and Lock It Up Storage in Marion, Ohio bcz I have used both storage and Uhaul with them. Very clean location.

Brian Jester III picked up after hours and was told I would need a mobile device upon pick up. Assuming I would receive a call regarding where to get the key. Never told it would be in the visor of the truck. Found it after a long time searching. Mileage rate online stated $0,79 a mile. Final contract I received a day later charged $0,99 a mile.

Paul BadgleyPick up location was fine. Truck, for the size and weight should have been diesel, would have made for easier fill ups (vs trying to squeeze into fuel stations) and more economical. Truck was not equipped with cruise control, which made for a very long haul traveling over 2 000 miles.

Adrian LaForestwhen renting a u-haul you are given one free month of storage but is not actually a free month only if you get it on the first of the month. i turned in my trailer on sept 20 and was only allowed free storage to the 1st of next month and you pay the next month in advance. so if you need to get the free storage also you will only get it from the day you girst day of next month. it still helps out but wasnt an entire month like it is advertised

DEBY YAGERThe gentleman was 6-8 minutes late coming to open up. The internet hours shows they open at 9 but when I called to rent they stated it was 10:30 am before they opened up. I lost 3 hours of good daytime. They only had one truck to rent out and I was getting pushed to get back so they could rent it again. They guy working there was very nice but it really put a strain on us to hurry and get what I needed done. My stuff was heavy and awkward. It caused us to not even get to stop and get to eat because I had to hurry back for him. I liked the vehicle and it was clean but didnt like being pushed.
