This representative (Matt ) knew something was wrong with the miles and put a hold on it but the guy he reports to charged me any way. U- haul has become a crooked operation

Matt did an excellent job of providing me service today. I really liked how I could just hook up the trailer myself and I really appreciate how quickly the document handling process was. Renting here is a breeze and I will come back again if I ever need a tow dolly again. Merci.

pick up site was changed by U-Haul, which was communicated. Unfortunately the 2 doz blankets were not available at this site. Matt was willing to try to locate some for me buy time was an issue. Matt did have an appliance dolly. After using it on a couple things, it was put aside. It did not roll, actually did not roll...it had to be pushed. I would toss it. I used a friends. Matt at p/up site was great.

I selected a location for pickup that is, apparently, not available. This location should be removed from the pickup options or honored when selected. Lock N Save made it right in the end but it did cause a impactful delay in my move.

The owner was late to open the store, he called and asked it if it was ok if he was late, as if my disapproval would give him the ability to defy the laws of space and time. I made my reservation on 6/8/22 for the truck and 36 blankets to be picked up over a month later. He told me the day of the pick up that he didn't have the blankets but told me which store I could go to get them. I rented them from him, but now it became my responsibility to track them down. We went to that location, which said they didn't have them and were sent to a third location that didn't have them. I called the owner and asked him to fix it. I received a call from a person identifying himself as the district manager, who apologized for the inconvenience and assured us that if we went back to the second location (4th stop) he could get us 30 of 36 reserved blankets. We returned to the second location and picked up the 30 blankets. The district manager requested I call him upon my deposit of the truck and blankets and he would take the blankets off my tab and refund me $100 for my wasted time/ trouble. Upon my return I called him, and he said he would call me back in five minutes once he was finished driving. He didn't. I called him a couple hours later and the call went straight to voicemail. Same for a follow up call, without a returned phone call. I wasnt refunded the $100 I was promised, the charge for the blankets was not refunded- or even refunded for the blankets I didn't receive. I doubt anyone will read this, to include Uhaul.

Something about the front tires was off. From 50-70mph the truck wobbled horrendously. Higher or lower speeds and it leveled out. Gentlemen at the pick up location warned me and I was assured it was fixed.

The truck was very nice looks brand new on the inside I was actually pretty stoked having rented and driven many U-Haul's in my life I was hoping this one was going to be very nice. However as soon as I started to drive down the road I felt like I was on a wooden roller coaster being beat to hell. Trying to drive that thing was nearly impossible although I even have less than 10 miles on my trip and never really even drove it over 40 miles an hour I can't imagine having to try to drive that any distance empty or loaded down it was horrible.

Everything was smooth and efficient. No complaints at all. I would certainly recommend this location. When I reserved the uhaul, it did specify a drop off location at my destination. So Matt found the nearest location and sent the address and phone number to me via text to make things easier. much appreciated.

Literally answer the phone called 10 times and then had to go to upper management. Also don't charge people out the ass when they didn't go higher than what miles we were given

Closed on Saturday & Sunday. Seems like the busiest time. Online hours showed Mon - Fri, 10:00 - 4:30. Got there about 11:00 and was closed. Sign on door said call a number which we did. No one answered. Had to leave message. Ended up doing self-return. That was easy but not what I'm accustomed to. Leaves it too open to have a representative say all was not right instead of being there to inspect during the drop off.

Have the trucks checked out before customers get there. The truck I got sounded like the exhaust wasn't even on there and that was the only truck at the place. But they knew how many miles and how much gas was in it

The Dolly to tow the car was hooked up wrong. It was hooked up when I arrived I decided not to use the Dolly to later in the day. He showed me how to hook it up for later use. Had I taken it when he hooked it up or later when I hooked it up may have lost the Dolly and my car. He was hooking chains wrong. When I came the next morning to pick the Dolly up, Mr smart ass regional manager did not strap down the right front wheel and I drove over 250 miles like that. These two situations could have causes some serious problem.

The person at the desk was very nice and helpful! I was not able to complete the on-line registration because it kept saying I was over 100 years old, but he was able to fix everything! Thanks so much!

No one was onsite when we arrived. Called the number several times and left a message. Had to call the 800 and have them track down the owner. The 800 number asked us to switch us to the Uhaul APP but couldn't get the lock box number. We waited an hour while paying 2 people who were assisting with the move. We were also overcharged...quoted $75 and added insurance $28 and offered us an extra day to return but we didn't need an extra day yet we apparently were charged for insurance for Friday 5/29.

The equipment was clean and well maintained except for how the vehicle ran. Several times I almost rear ended vehicles when I put my foot on the brake and the RP m's continued to climb almost to Red Line. I thought it was because of the cruise control but several times the cruise control was not even on and it happened. I was very happy with how the vehicle handled, Other than the engine revving, and the ease of loading and unloading will recommend to all

I chose to pick up my truck with the UHaul app. What a mistake. The app is HORRIBLE. Feel free to call me at 5028079339 to give you the details. With the app, it took me almost 20 minutes to drive away in my UHaul truck. Normally, having your representatives check me in takes about 5 minutes. As an IT professor, IT professional, and IT editor, I highly suggest you redo your app. Fortunately, I chose to turn my truck in to Matt, the manager of the UHaul rental. Matt's friendly and helpful attitude made up for all of the horribleness of the UHaul app. If you intend to have your app replace humans for check out and check in, you need to read the history of Circuit City who went out of business when they did not realize that people ARE your business. As a person who has rented over a dozen vehicles in the past 15 months, I can assure you that UHaul's friendly representatives are why many people return to UHaul. They establish a relationship with the customers, something that is missing in this Internet connected world. To be clear, Matt was AWESOME. The UHaul app was horrible..

Don't call a person who has a reservation for four days and ask if the rental can be returned early. Not acceptable or professional. I also had a choice of four locations to drop off the trailer rental. Also, the records show that the trailer was dropped off this morning. That is false and incorrect. I dropped off the trailer yesterday at 2:55pm and was greeted by an employee asking me to hang out for a minute. There were other customers I believe. I waited fifteen to twenty minutes before someone showed up, who happened to be the location owner. He wanted me to unhook the trailer at first which was not acceptable, I paused briefly and the owner then offered to help. He asked about the condition of the trailer and asked if I had any problems. I said the trailer was great, operated great, and was clean. The owner was polite and friendly.
