My experience with Uhaul has to be hands-down the worst example of customer service and reservation service that I've ever been a part of. From the first conversation that I had reserving the truck that I was going to be using I could tell that the person I was talking on the phone with had no idea what was going on. He wasn't aware of the one way reservation. He wasn't aware of what trucks the location that he had me picking up from had. He sent me up with a 20 foot truck at a location that Didn't have a 20 foot truck. I was able to talk to the woman at Cave Spring cell tower location and she sent me up with a 26 foot truck for the cost of a 20 foot truck. Because the mileage and I was assured that there wouldn't be a mileage fee for going a certain distance. She set me up with a 120 mile base. However, returning the truck was just as much of a pain. Their location that I was set up with dropping off the truck didn't have a drop off box. So I took it to the Williamson Road location. But I got told that I was going to be charged for an extra day even though my contract was set up to drop off the truck at 8 PM and I was dropping it off at 7:30 pm. I was bent over backwards, trying to drop off this truck however no one was helping me three different people didn't do their job correctly and I was putting in a situation where I was paying for something that I didn't agree to do. This situation was handled very poorly, and I will be disputing the charges that were added onto my rental.

ROBERT RI didn't even see anyone. I had to call a number posted on the gate to get the code to enter the property. Was told where to park the trailer and never saw anyone. I unhooked the trailer myself. I left the place wandering if I was going to be charged for something. I took pictures of the trailer for my protection just in case. Not a good way to do business.
