My reservation was for a 1:30 pm pick up. We arrived about 1:30 pm. There was a sign on the door that said the manager would be back at 1:45 pm. At 1:50 I called the office number to find the representative was eating lunch inside the building. Did I mention we knocked on the door several times. Or maybe that the place is covered with security cameras watching us yet the employee stayed in the break room until we called this wasted at least 30 Minutes of our time. We were already on a tight schedule. No I wouldn't recommend this location.G DREW S.

I would love get Unlimited mileage. It's too expensive to do simple pickup in a neighbouring community and back. If that's not possible 99 cent a mile is too expensive a lower rate per mile would be good as well.Junior W.
I picked my truck up on September 1st. I then turned it in on September 2nd. I was told they would email the receipt. I received it on September 3rd around 1157 am. They charged me an additional 60,00 $ and said it was late. I guess this is how u-haul makes extra money.Leon G.

Customer Service was terrible, was forces to wait outside of Office. The person that was in charge did not care about the customer. Treated me like convict after read my paper of information that I gave her. Was fighting with me about the information that I was given by the customer service personal that I spoke to when making the reservation.Robert G.

Truck wasnt cleaned and truck given has a faulty ramp that wouldn't extend all the way out and was difficult to put back in.Paul M.
U-Haul has failed to keep this location properly stocked with furniture pads, dollies, etc... If we hadn't hired moving help we would have not rented the truck because of the lack of furniture pads and dollies.Ian B.

There isn't enough room to pull in an entire U-Haul truck and a trailer without having someone there to actually let you in the gateTammy D.

Location called me twice, sent me a text stating that they couldn't find the key even though I clearly dropped it in the drop-box. A half hour later, they called me to tell me that they found the key.Sean L.
Truck was old and ran like a tank. Passenger side mirror was loose and adjusted with every bump or when the door got closed. Additionally, it felt out of alignment. Finally, the cargo area front left near the attic leaked.Timothy W.

Staff needs to be trained on customer service and know how to interact with customers. I had a very unpleasant experience, both in person and on the phone. Also, I was told different things , and some things that were unsaid. Bad surprise! Not happy at all.Carmen D.

It seems someone from the company I work for rented a vehicle from this location. Somehow my personal account was used in this transaction. I called up to this location and was told I would receive a call back and never did. I sent an email asking for an explanation and why my information was used without permission and if this is normal policy. I never received a response. I don't recommend using this location and never will.Mark W.
Three weeks ago I reserved a size track online. I also reserved blankets for our move. We arrive 30 minutes early and there was not even intended to help us. Finally the person came and they gave our truck away the night before and they had no blankets. We had to take a smaller truck. This was a huge impact and cost us a lot of extra money to do two trips with the movers. It was the worst move experience I have ever had with the customer service at the storage company who really did not even care. No support. They told me I had to call U-Haul and it was his fault because they had told them to give the truck away the day before. Also I was told that because I paid with a card and it was on hold, the next day they would refund the amount of the rental except for 19 $. 99. Today I see that the full amount went through on my card. Again this was the U-Haul office that told us they would give us that amount as a customer service positive to make up for the fiasco. Again, I was billed for 50+ dollars. Now I will have to spend more time calling yet another agent at you hard to tell them the whole story to get this refund. We have used your company many times and has been seamless. This time truly affected every part of a very busy time in our life. It makes me not want to use the company in the future.Jacqueline N.

The pickup location was great. However, we were delayed checking out the truck because the U-Haul online system was down. My location rep tried completing the check out process over the phone and was told that it is not possible. I cannot believe that a company as big as U-Haul doesn't have any kind of backup for processing reservations when the online system goes down. This must be fixed.Eric E.
Everything was great until I returned the truck. I called ahead knowing there is very little space in front of office. Girl at the counter said just pull up in front of gate (there's 3) so I pulled up then she made me move the truck to space in front of office.Gina M.
I wish they would have asked me if I had any problems when I returned it or if I had fueled it then that would have been my reminder to go feel it because I was charged 99 $when it was a little less than a half of a tank I returned it a day early and only 189 miles we're put on it when I was allowed 214 something should have been prorated instead of charging me 99 $for fuel. I'm just saying come on now U-Haul you can do better than thatJulie P.
First, the truck I used had a bunch of broken glass, dirt, and grass when I picked it up. I had to clean it out before I could even start loading anything. It's funny how they would charge a customer if the turn it in dirty, but a customer can't "charge" them if they receive a dirty truck. Then I gas up the truck and turn it exactly how I received it with gas...I even took pictures. Then they have the nerve to charge me 25 $for supposedly not putting gas. I email the Uhaul manager and even sent him my pictures, but I have yet to hear back from anyone in over 3 weeks. Not a single response! I manage a large apartment community in the area, and guess who I will not be recommending?!Edward S.

My concern is with Uhaul, unlimited miles but you want to charge me 10 $more for a mile over? Sounds like Uhaul is nickel and dining people now. You will lose business with this practice. Their are options out there and I will let everyone know and let them make their choice. Nice trucks though.Marty C.

My only complaint is that agent on Sat did not explain they would be closed on Sun during drop off. Absolutely no instructions were given on drop off procedures for Sun during closed hours. Had to call uhaul, waited for 20 mins just to talk to someone.Kelly S.

TRUCK WAS SHOWING ITS AGE, OR MILES! I REALIZE THAT FOR LOCAL MOVES THIS IS PROBABLY OK.Myron H.
There were no zip ties on the dolly and moving pads. I did not want either of these items yet I got charged for both of them when I didn't use them and there is no way to prove I didn't use them. I was also told to return the truck with gas anywhere from 1/4 and 1/2 tank. I returned it on 1/4 tank and got charged for 4,4 gallons. Their mileage rate shows I only drove 14 miles, there is no way I used 4,4 gallons or their truck gets horrible gas mileage at just over 3 miles per gallon. If you're going to track how many miles I drove you should just increase the mileage rate and include gas with it. I will never rent a Uhaul again, way overpriced and shady dealing on the extras.Trent H.
I will never recommend U-Haul to anyone. I returned all of the equipment on time and in good shape. To my horror I discovered the final bill to be 2-1/2 times the estimate given when rented and no explanation beyond â€œRental Feeâ€. I will never rent from again and will discourage anyone thinking of doing so.Michael B.

Inside the cab of the truck was dirty, coffee spillage over the dash. I was unable to inspect the outside passenger side of the truck because it was parked too close to the fence. It was a struggle to get out of the parking space without hitting bushes and the fence. My Son was with me, and needed to rent the truck, but he decided to rent from a different location (in Marion, where we had a much better experience)Joanne L.
