The sales tax shouldn't be applied to mileage I put five dollars over the needed fuel and wasn't credited

Very professional. Very courteous. He explained the use of the vehicle, detailed number of miles I was allowed and when I was to return vehicle with same amount of fuel. We inspected vehicle together and after completing all paperwork I departed.

The truck had minor scrapes that were not marked with the X dots. The attendant recommended we take photos before taking the truck, but he did not mark the areas so I was unsure whether I would be liable for those blemishes. I would recommend they have the X dots on site to mark before sending the trucks out.
