Rude and unprofessional. I was charged twice as well. Once in full on the app and again in person at the store. No customer service etiquette. Again, very rude. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

Felipe RI was pleased with everything until I discovered that there was never a furniture dolly in the truck. I paid for one. If I am reimbursed the $7 for the furniture dolly, I will say I had an excellent experience. It remains to been seen, however.

Rania LThere were two vans available, but we were given the old one. It was clean and recently repaired she said, but the gas gauge is not working properly and the suspension on the vehicle is not good. Why were we not given the newer vehicle?

Rosaura OYou could wash the truck between customers. The inside of the van was OK but I could hardly see through the windshield. I just needed the Van for 4 hours so I took it anyway. I thought cleaning it myself at the service station would do. It made it a little better but I could not get all the stuff off the windshield. Since it was just a Van you could have had someone drive it through a car wash. Terrible.
Leonard RG Gas completely empty, charged for quarter tank - charged $21 Filthy inside cab, I only moved large white linen sectional - that's it, yet was charged cleaning fee $25 Charged for 58 miles, odometer at 152,316- was charged for odometer start at 152 284 - 32 miles that I did NOT use Uhaul was not at place (van Nuys) where I had reserved, was rerouted to west valley (Sherman way) and was promised a $60 credit. Should have been more as I was paying for movers and $60 didn't cover them at all. I want a telephone call/resolution and credit for $44,48 overcharge gas $25 cleaning fee $60 reroute/inconvenience charge (SHOULD BE MORE as I lost an hour for 2 workers at $40/ea. for total $80 plus additional miles away from place I needed to go) $129,48 should immediately be credited along with corresponding tax and fees Nicole Uhlmann, Esq. 310-606-1970

anthony aNot sure the location is a problem so much as the truck and Uhaul. This truck needs serious repairs - The transmission will be gone very soon. It would not shift up gears well, and jumped down to second gear on the highway. Again, this truck needs to be taken off the road. U haul also allowed me to book at this location at a time that keys are not available, which is just incredible.

George AUhaul is an absolute disaster. Reserving 4 months in advance to only have the location changed three times in 24 hours prior to the day of reservation and then moving locations after I arrive to the location to be moved again even father away and adding 40 mile round trip to even pick it up is a joke.

Stephanie DI returned the truck after hours. We could hardly find the location at all and when we did find it there was no explanation as to where to leave the truck. We eventually found other trucks very far away from where we were supposed to leave the keys. I've never been to a uhaul location where the trucks weren't in a secure place and could be accessed by anyone at any time. It was very strange.

WAYNE MWe are buying large cabinets for one of my retail stores. We rented the van to pick them up, got a call from the company we were buying them from 10 minutes later canceling the pick up and turned around immediately. We got 3 or 4 blocks and explained to your rental partner and yet still paid $35. For 15 minutes of a U-Haul rental. Horrible business sense.

JOSEPH OAbsolutely the dirtiest truck I have ever rented! Had no window washing fluid to clean the filthy windscreen. The vehicle look like it had not been washed in months! I would like a partial refund!

KELLEN Hsuper convenient location but when I got in the truck both the cab and the back smelled heavily like weed and someone had left their glasses in the vehicle which i returned to the rental location upon return.

Then told me to go out and get pictures of fuel and mileage before she can check the truck back in. The worst experience I ever had. Will not recommend this place to know one.

Roxann HIdk how many times I reserved a uhaul only to find that it wasn't even at the location... You guys should not reserve U-Hauls that are being used by other customers. Because every single time they didn't return it on time, and I drove around to different uhaul locations for six hours trying to find one... Very unprofessional.

AZUCENA FThe owner of this location was 10 minutes late opening up. I had signed up for mobile check out, and it wasn't available, so I had to go inside, and they had to re-process everything i had put into the online form. So it took twice the amount of time instead of saving me time. The Van I had on hold was not available, so I had to switch out for a pick-up truck, which didn't fit everything i needed to transport.
MATTHEW MI chose the option to pick up the truck by phone without having to interact with a person for my own safety. There was suppose to be a lock box I could of picked the keys up from. I went through the online portal and there was no key. I called the locations number both because I couldn't find the box and the store front is not near the trucks or obvious to find. She said to come to the store and told me how to find it. I walk in and I tell her I'm here for the truck key. She said ok then goes to help another customer. The point of remote pick up is not having to interact with people or wait and I had to do both. There's also no sign in her front window that says I haul.
Crystal SBeing an authorized distributor, they did a great job. The owner was very helpful and supportive and everything went smooth and easy.
Eric DThe site manager needs to come out and show the vehicle to the customers. Make sure he gives them all the correct information like the combination code for the lock, which by the way it was barely working. Explain why our truck didn't have a ramp. That really made our move a lot harder than it had to be.

MICHAEL OIt was very unclear where to check in and pickup the keys. The app did not work well. We arrived 15 minutes early, and we weren't able to leave until we'll after our predetermined reservation time. I won't use the app again, and I won't rent from this location again. I was also surprised by an additional fee, that I wasn't aware of in advance. Very disappointing with whole experience.
Hershel DThe truck had a signal for LOW OIL CHANGE NEEDED sign and was very concerning . Also, the floor mats were full of dirt and would create dust when driving with windows down . The windshield was serenely dirty. However , customer service was great and it was local .
