Truck need to be maintenanced! It drove horribly
Mya HHire better service reps… I told the rep at pickup that I was only driving a couple of miles and the office was less than a mile to return the unit. It was explained that I would be refunded for miles I didn't use and I was charged for 2 days even though I said I was returning the same day… I was told when returning the unit to keep and drive it for the remaining miles. The staff wasn't personable or helpful. I was charged at least $45 more than I should've been.

Ereca JTruck was filthy when I picked up from the loco location. Someone left food, trash, weave, marijuana paraphernalia throughout the cab. I had to clean truck out. The worker who gave truck stated she was going to clean truck but ended up having to leave the location to deal with a separate matter. Easy pickup process and friendly staff but truck was beyond disgusting

Jonathan HIn 30 years of using Uhaul to move my furniture this was hands down my best experience ever. Let them know they are succeeding and I will be back again soon because I'm not finished moving yet.
Dionne DWhen I visit this location, the employees are usually not there. I. Two separate occasions, the lights were off in the building and the doors are locked although the sign shows open for business. When I arrived today around noon, the lights were off, the sign shows open, the doors were locked and no one answered the doorbell. I call the phone number and a young lady answered sounding like she had been asleep. When I questioned her about being open she abruptly answered me and hung up the phone while I was talking to her. Someone finally unlocked I went inside and she was very unfriendly and abrupt when I asked questions. You should either hire more mature staff or hire young people who can work effectively without supervision. If it wasn't for the fact that this location is very close to my home, I would not return.

CLIVE LThe person was new and required assistance to complete the rental agreement. I loved that she admitted it and called for help. The person on her line walked her through the process. I appreciated that! If you don't know ask someone as opposed to doing it anyway and messing up.

Karimah AI made a reservation at 3185 Camp Creek Parkway Loco Car rental. I got there to find out my reservation had been switched to another location which was unacceptable. The agent on duty was very helpful with me and other customers she was helping. While waiting another vehicle became available and I was able to get it and proceed with my activities. She had a wonderful disposition and she treated her customers with great care and respect. Thank you for having such a beautiful individual working for you. She's the BEST
