Your computer system is too slow after being connected to it.
tom mI paid for furniture pads and never received them. I was under my miles and have not heard back yet. Overall we do like Uhaul and it's services. But if anyone could help us with these issues it would be appreciated. Merci.

Richard BUnfortunately there isn't good signal there for the self check so it makes it difficult to use the app or website let alone upload pics when returning it. Also, we were given the code to the lockbox only to have the wrong key in there. We had to call U-Haul only to have to go through all the lockboxes as none of them were correct. We set pickup for 10am then realized the confirmation said noon so we just went with it. Had to call because we were told it was a late pickup and they needed to change our reservation back to noon. It was a very frustrating experience to say the least. On a positive note, the truck was clean and new and we had no issues with it. Just the pickup and drop off was a nightmare.

Tyler RTruck was dirty inside when I picked it up. I'm being charged a cleaning fee, and for fuel I didn't use. The rental location didn't report return of the equipment and now claim the rented truck was in an accident.
anthony dHad a great degree of difficulty in getting a confirmation that my truck was ready, and that includes the customer service line. This was a very poorly executed rental on the part of UHaul. The last two time sI have rented I have had problems. Last time my reserved truck was rented out even though I arrived on time to pick it up. This time I showed up not sure if my truck would be there despite numerous calls to confirm, and when I go there it was filthy and stank of smoke in the cab. Very unhappy.

Gerard KThis location was absolutely fine. It is a garage but the gentleman checking us in was knowledgeable and as quick as the software would allow. The thing that made me not want to use U-Haul again was after I dropped the truck off I got a text to check in with location on phone and take a picture! This was never mentioned anywhere, website or at the location. If you didn't do this U-Haul would charge $20!! I tried to call U-Haul but the wait time at 9:30pm was 45 min!!! So I drove back to the location to geotag the return but no internet!! Now, when I tried to return the vehicle it gave me the option for trouble connecting. I clicked that and got notification that a representative will call me soon. No call. Super stressed at this point. The next night got an email receipt and at least no $20 charge and still waiting for call back more that 24 hours later. All I can say is that they should be happy there was no Penske site closer. I will avoid U-Haul in the future…
Brian EWe dropped it off in St. Ignace at George's not Kalkaska. And it was easy to find and easy to drop off. And I would recommend this location.
