I reserved the motorcycle trailer with the wheel chock cut out in the front of the trailer, this is the second time uhaul has set up a non motorcycle trailer. While yes, the trailer works, the motorcycle trailer is easier to work with when strapping down my bike.

Didn’t even use the trailer vehicle didn’t fit on it

Have the facility open at the assigned pick-up time. I waited over 30 minutes for someone to arrive and open for pick-up. This was not a delay I was prepared for. The person that showed up was not at all familiar with trailers or the rental process. I completed the hook-up process by myself. This was very unprofessional in my opinion.

The U-Haul attendant was not there when we arrived even though our reservation was for 4:45 p.m. another lady helped us out and did the best she could though the trailer that was rented to us was damaged we may do and do have pictures to show the damage prior to us using it other than that everything went well.

The operator was a distracted third-party… Uninterested, unprofessional, and a poor representative of your company.

It was easy to reserve and it was ready for the time that I had requested. This was a very nice experience. I would definitely refer a family member or a friend.

They helped me with mounting the car dolly on my truck and explained safety procedures
