Locations for pickup & drop-off were easily accessible with pleasant customer service. As well as changing my drop off location via phone was simple.
Treasure SI have used a lot of U-Haul trucks over my 74 years, and BJ's is the best dealer I have ever had. Friendly, courteous, timely.

ROBERT SI won't rent from this location again. They treat you very poorly from the first conversation to the last. Honestly, I can't remember when customer service from a company was this bad.
