It was a very pleasant and delightful experience
Jeremy DLocation was closed on truck drop off with no key drop. Had to make another trip the next day to return key.
Keith RWe rented U-Hauls at this location about 1 month apart. The first U-Haul had new tires and it pulled like a dream. The 2nd U-Haul had a tire that looked questionable. We stopped a little over an hour into our trip to make sure the tire was OK. It was really low so we had to add about 30 lbs of air - the max was 65 lbs and we added air to 60 lbs. I worried about the tire for the remaining 5 hours of our trip. Not a good feeling... We believe the pick up location should have checked the tires before we picked it up. It is a mechanic shop so it seems that would be a given but I guess not.

Russ MThe 24/7 pickup is impossible to work. If hadn't been for Michelle at Lollar, I wouldn't have gotten the vehicle picked up. The online rental is very difficult & will loose business.
John LI had to travel over 25-30 miles to pickup a trailer because there were none available in the local locations. There were over 12 trailers at one location that were not in working condition that is unacceptable. The company is losing money, along with me having to travel further to get what I needed.

Thomas BI ordered an appliance dolly and it wasn't available...blankets were substituted..BLANKETS??????? Also...UHaul needs to update their capacity advice on their trucks. This 10 ft.truck barely contained what little furniture I had...had to throw out some of my furniture for the move AND filled up my car! Quite disappointed!!!!!!

Nivram WI spent 2 Hrs getting the paper work done after the rental i had a reserved was rent out to a noter customer.The price of my rental went form 50 dollors to 70 dollors and my final bill was 81 i will never use U Haul again.
kerry sVery nice people. Uhaul server was down so had a little bit of difficulty with transaction. Good assortment of equipment. Ratchets on the tow haul were a little corroded but I oiled them and they worked fine. Would definitely use them again.
