There was a lot of things to go through to rent. Be good if it was a little simpler.

I returned the truck the evening it was rented. The website wouldn't let me upload the odometer reading or the gas meter. The location couldn't get the information transmitted. I was charged for two days and stressed over the issue.

I just would like to have a truck I ordered. Not go down a size, bc u haul can't get it there. Asked for 26'. Got a 20' truck in stead. Made the move that much harder. No good. Location was Great. Not their fault. U haul should have gotten the truck. That's all I'm saying.
