This was an offsite location that is also a tow company. No was there to assist me. When the "owner" finally got on the phone with one of his callers he recommended that I go to another uhaul. I had to call customer service to walk me through it. Then the owner asked one of his workers to help me get the key and he said that wasn't his job. I would never ever ever go back to that location or recommend it to anyone; not even my worse enemy.

Margaret BI got to location at ny scheduled time and no one was there. Someone working at adjacent business said the guy left to do a tow. After 20 minutes someone was else showed up and while i called uhaul regional area was able to get the van. Then when returning van dame issue. The same worker from adjacent business said uhaul guy left and to just leave car with keys in it. I called uhaul regional again to let them know but was very uncomfortable leaving the van i had responsibility for without actual check in.
lesley sThe left side light didn't work. They had no interest in checking it or fixing it. They told me to go to a Uhaul center and have them fix it. They didn' t even tell me where it was. I had to find it on my own. Fortunately they were able to fix it. Being a Uhaul shop foreman, I found their behavior totally unacceptable. The AFM should either monitor this dealer more closely or close it. It added at least an hour to my trip.

MAKAYLA HI used the self service app and location to rent a truck. Getting the truck checked out was easy and fast. AFter using the truck for 2hrs, returning it sucked ass. The app didnt work, to upload truck info, customer service had me on hold 45 min twice. The one time i did talk to someone, all she had to say was what she couldnt do for me, and that i might get charged if i dont wait on hold again to talk to someone. Worst Uhaul experience ever, and i have rented trucks from you guys 3 times this year.
RONALD DDrop off location was good. Very professional and polite. Very helpful and friendly. Uhaul as a company has gone completely down hill. No reflection on the 3rd party vendors that operate most uhaul pick up and drop off locations. They are always good. But uhaul as a company really sucks at this point in time.

CHRISTOPHER GI my reservation was for 8am. Arrived to the place at 8am exactly! Everything was closed, so called the office and owner answered telling me that he was opening til 8:30! Had to wait, after the owner got there til 8:30, then he took about 30 minutes to finally help me out! Worst service and don't recommend it to any one else! Wont ve going back there again.
OSCAR ZSmall dingy location. Did not feel comfortable leaving vehicle. But trusted it would work out. Tight fit for a 20 foot truck employee stood in the way seemingly hoping we would crash into their car which was parked blocking entrance.
