Sterling HIf it's going to change locations, a phone call or an email would be nice to have. The website listed 3 different locations, two in my town (which was fun) and one 2 counties away. I anticipated on picking it up in Emporia, KS and use around 2 miles. I received a text message saying it was moved to Osage City, KS but I did not call the number listed to confirm that nor did I received any phone calls or emails about the location change. So, instead of my anticipated ~2 mile/$35, the whole thing ended up being ~74 miles/$142…

scott GUhaul corporate did not do well telling them my Emporia KS reservation was moved to Osage City, KS. They were able to eventually figure this out.

Tod SAmazing people! Most places take their time because U-Haul is a side business but these people were right to the point. They had everything we needed plus they were very friendly. 10/10 would definitely recommend this place!

Glenn RThe truck was dropped off after-hours on Saturday afternoon, about 4:00 pm. Knowing where to park the truck wasn't very clear even though we called ahead for instructions.

Beverly MLong Company was not my first choice because they are a bit further away from my home than another rental provider - however, the rental location close to me was an absolute 3-ring circus - nobody knew anything, I left my phone number with their promise to call me back that afternoon - 4 days later I called them. The person on the phone couldn't manage the reservation process and complained throughout the call to me. At one point the person said "this system is shit, it's completely f***** up". I kindly ended the call. Long Company was a much improved experience - the folks were friendly and tried to get me on the road as quickly as possible.

EDWARD LSaid online they opened at 8 am, got there 820 and no body was there. When I called the number woman told me she would be right out, waited 10 minutes before she came out to help us. Then spent about 30 minutes waiting for them to pull up my information. Then I was told the truck was full of gas and I would have to return it full, but it was only 3/4 of the way full. Would not recommend to anyone.

Craig DThe equipment is old and rusty , I had to stop several times to keep tightening the tire straps One came off the tire at one point. I had them as tight as they would go .The dolly towed well with no problems in the towing dept .
Tom Wthe owner was arrested and charged with rape and tying the babysitter the the bed. he was in jail and the wife was nowhere to be found. we got only one dozen blankets of which one bag contained dead cockroaches and there was no furniture dolly that was charged to us

Subsequently I was charged for an extra day which is completely unethical and unprofessional. I have emailed several times about this fee and am still waiting for a response.

Air PYour corporate website needs updated the customer service number has a recording that says they'll reopen 26 Dec merry Christmas.
danny rWell when I picked up trailer I was charged $40 because it wouldn't let the time be correct. So if I understand right it charged twice. When I returned it on correct day and time I never got a $20 credit for some reason. It was supposed to credit one of the double charges. Reservation #84877654 Not Long Co. fault it was the U-Haul site.

Nancy DWe dropped this uhaul off on a Sunday and even though they weren't open they came out to help us. It was raining and cold so I feel that they went over and beyond what I expected. Great Job Longs!
Kathy MOnly problem I had was I did not get the furniture covers from the site I picket it up from but your other u-haul site was happy to help
