I was given an address to return the truck but the location was closed and no key box, though I was called and sid that the office at that address was informed of me returning the truck. I called the helpdesk who transferred me to the local helpline. I waited for more that 40min and the line was cut by the system. I tried again but but the same happened again. So I search online for anather address and phoned and I was replied that I could return the truck there. So I went to this other address but the office was closed, but there was a keybox. But still I couldn't complete the return since the return address was still linked to the previous UHaul spot. So I again called the local helpline and waited to be attended to. Finally, I got through and the lady helped to change the return address and I could complete the return of the truck. She told me that I was given a 1-day location free and a 15 miles bonus??!!! Like, was it my fault that the initial returning address was not open and had no return keybox. I wasted half of my Sunday to return the truck and Uhaul made it as if it was all my fault. Weekends are the tiem that working like us use your services and these days should be the ones that Uhaul should give maximum service to its clients - we should have to wiat on the HELPLINE for so long and we should also be given the correct infomation whether be it for picking or for retuning any equipements. (Note also that when I reserved the truck, I didn't get what I asked for - wanted 1-way truck + retuning address & 60km mileage and was told that would be mobile pick up got 1-way, no returning address (was said that I would be called for return) and basic 25mile mileage. And when I went to pick the truck , I had to make the reservation all over agin because my information wan't available at the pick-up point and I had to do the process all over AGAIN. And at the end, Uhaul compensated my half lost Sunday by GIVING A FREE DAY SO THAT I DON'T PAY THE EXTRA DAY AND A 15 MILEAGE. WOW Please take into consideration that you are a very good help for people but when things like that happen people are disgusted. PLease that the necessary to be updated before giving information to your clients and try to be more helpful on the helpline particularly during the weekends.

I showed up on time however an employee at this location said the person responsible for the uhaul would only arrive 20 minutes and I left 34 minutes later. When I returned the truck, at 12:30 (2 hours later) once again the person redponsible was not there and he advised me that he would close the transaction once he returned. To date there is still is $229,9 pending on my credit card. Greatly disappointed with the service I recieved

J'ai loué un camion le dimanche 23 avril 2023. et selon le contrat, j'étais supposé prendre possession du camion à 10H00 am, mais il n'y avait aucun responsable sur place. Le responsable est arrivé 45 minutes en retard et j'ai finalement pris possession du camion une heure plus tard, soit à 11H00. De plus j'avais réservé des équipements comme un grand chariot et 6 couvertures, et il n'y avait aucun de ces équipements sur place. L'endroit est malpropre et on a l'impression que le stationnement est insécure si on laisse notre voiture sur place. Je ne recommanderai pas personne à faire affaire avec U-Haul dorénavant. The location was a mess inside and out. The truck has ZERO heating whatsoever on a day that was barely a few degrees above 0ºC with a biting wind. It would have been intolerable if we didn't have a sort drive.

It's the second time in a row. That the reservation wasn't ready at the scheduled time and the location was closed. Wasted time and inconvenienced. Never had any issues with another location close by. Had to use this location 3 times, because truck size never wasn't available at other close by location.

The truck was old, dirty, noisy. I didn't bring it back right away because I need to move. But was a horrible experience. Unfortunately I don't think i will rent another truck with uhal never again.

We've wait an hour to pick up the truck because the employees wasn't on the spot to make a contract for me ! Next day , i started the engine and close the door, accidentally the door locked automatically, i dont know why, that was 6h am , i tried to contact Uhaul for help but no one was answering the phone! what a horrible experience with Uhaul.

On m'a changé 2 fois de localisation pour venir chercher le camion, sans possibilité, au minimum de retourner le camion à l'endroit initial.

When I got there 10 minutes before the rental time, there was nobody there. there was a number on the door. I called and the man who picked up was obviously at home because there was a baby crying in the background and the call was NOT clear. He told me the truck was rented and that I couldn't have it. His answer would not budge until I hung up and called the company. While I was on hold ... another client called the number on the door and now I don't speak Creole but it was clear that he told him that I was calling the company and that he should send someone right away even if it wasn't him. My furniture and appliances were already on the curb and ready for pick up. Anyway, after a long, nervous, extremely unprofessional 1/2 hour someone finally shows up. I had to complete my contract and give my address, number and credit card information on the speaker phone of the new guys cell. Finally I get the keys and when the contract comes in its 3x what I had expected but I would deal with that later as I had 4 movers waiting by the furniture outside. I was back within ONE hour and used 5 KM .... he fixed the initial bill and charged me 76$. Still charged me for 2 hours. I will presume he had the truck "personally rented to someone else" and tried to pass off the KMs on my bill. It was ridiculous and shameful that uHaul would do business with these people.

The trucks was very dirty in the front seat. There were nails on the floor. The wippers were not working properly so the windshield was dirty. It took 45 min before getting my truck. The tank was empty on arrival so I went to put gas, which delayed my move by more than 1h.

L'endroit ou je suis allé porter la remorque, c'était un point de dépôt. Il n'avait personne pour me dire quoi faire. Il devrait avoir une affiche à l'extérieur pour dire quoi faire sil n'y a personne pour nous recevoir vue que c'est un point de dépôt.

L'endroit est vraiment sale et pas bien organisé. La porte d'entrée été bloquée par un camion qui décharger du stock . L'accueil été mauvais . La personne parlait au téléphone et avec moi au même temps . Je suis vraiment déçu du service . Aussi le prix indiqué sur ma réservation et la facture finalement est est vraiment cher ça n'a pas de sens que de 49$ le prix initial et à la fin je me ramasse avec 217$ je comprends que les frais par km , mais c'est exagéré . En tout cas c'est la dernière fois que je fait affaire avec vous.

Quand ont réservé pour une heure spécifique il y a souvent une raison. Je suis arrivé à 9hr attendue jusqu'à 9hr35. La remorque était présente sans instructions j'ai présumé que je devais partir avec. Endroit sale et négligé non représentatif de u-haul.

Ther was no one at the adress. We had to leave the keys there. And the place to leave the truck was full and dirty. Very problematic!
