There was English communication challenge as the attendant spoke little of it. I had to do.most of the process on my cell phone . I was charged for items that I never ordered, however refunded most of it. Not good clarity regarding charges in miles versus kilometers. SamSAMUEL S.

I found the person in charge more interested in selling cigarettes and candy bars than the truck rental. I was hoping the would have been a proper rental area where one could get shipping blankets but nothing. If I knew it was like this, I would never have done this.JOHNA B.

It might be a good idea to require these smaller locations to sanitize the equipment after it is returned, to reduce the covid-19 risk, as we are in still in danger of community spread. I had to ask for wipes to clean the vehicle myself.Courtney K.
Overall my experience was very good as first time rental truck user. I reserved online and went to pick up on time. For some reason mobile pickup was not working for me so I went in the store and guy there was very helpful. Truck was clean and very thing went fine.WAQASAHMED B.
Poorly managed location. Very limited knowledge of the rental and also the truck was stinking! It had used toilet paper lying on the passenger side and i had to throw it myself. Very unhealthy unhygienic. I have rented Uhal multiple times and this was my worst ever experience.LUTHRA S.

It would be better to Provide all the equipment which customer needed. If you don't have the equipment it's better to let customer know before the last minute.
