U-haul was filthy nasty inside & out . The guy told me I had to return the truck same way I brought it (gas wise ) it was at 3/4 when I took it the guy had also seen it had 3/4 . When I took it back the next day the other guy there was trying to charge me a lot more due to that “ I didn't fill it up “ I told him that the other guy told me to bring it back the same way it was & that it was at 3/4 . This guy told me he didn't care what the other guy said or whatever . I had to fill it up ..

This place only has 1 guy working and he cashiera the store. Regardless of who comes into the store first, uhaul people have to wait even when he starts working on your check in or check out. Also he was unfamiliar with the app and made me redo my entire check in info. I don't know how many times I needed to enter and swipe my card. What's the point of using 24/7 share, hauls app? I even hired workers as a 3rd party through uhaul. The uhaul had spelt liquid inside. The trailer inside had left over broken glass and broken wood. Easy sweep but clearly theres a 25 $fee if not swept so I doubt they check. Also the dirt lock to pick up has poop, broken glass, and trash all over the ground. You literally part over glass bottles. When checking out, the app wouldn't recognize the picture so I had yo go inside to check out. Another 30 minutes and I was the only one in there but he couldn't leave the front counter by himself and has no one trained to run the store so he mad me wait once customers started coming in to buy drinks. Then he couldn't figure out how yo check me out. So it was just a terrible experience all around.

Truck was dirty and had previous renter's personal items still in the cab. Back of the truck was filthy, with feces-looking smears on the walls. The man who checked-out the truck was incredibly slow and hard to hear/understand. He forced me to take disgusting, used moving blankets, telling me to "just throw them away at the end, and you'll save 20 $". The blankets had what looked like bodily fluids on them, and we had to dispose of them and clean the back of the truck before we could even get started loading. Ended up having to go to Home Depot, and spent 130 $getting a fraction of the number of blankets.

Give accurate quotes. I was quoted less than 100 $and get there and was told 180 $. That's unacceptable. Nothing changed from the info given to quote

The vehicle was dirty with broken glass on the floor and the man seemed irritated when we mentioned it. He also shorted us 6 blankets even though we paid for them.

The rental guy didind no how to work the computer and a language barrier i couldn't understand him and he couldn't understand me trailer wires was cut and electrical taped up

Dirty fly traps hanging from the ceiling. ZERO signage to let me know I was in the right place. Parking lot was awkward for how to park the truck. And of course WEAR A MASK.

Another horrible experience. I was told he couldn't accept it at that location. He wanted me to drive 10 miles away which would have put me over mileage. I don't know what kind of scam u-haul is running. Trying to get money from people that are just trying to get by. I have rented from u-haul many times before and have never had this horrible of a day. I was told I could drop it off there by u-haul in California City.
