It was closed. I feel like we did all your work. We had majors issues with the lock box opening and My rental was not for Wiggins it was aurora. I drove 1/1/5 hours to get me truck. I need to file a complaint

Be prepared to wait for someone to come and check you in and disconnect your trailer. Store clerk doesn't usually have the ability to check you in you have to wait for the owner or someone to help.

I was charged for two days after returning the truck 3 minutes before 24 hours had elapsed. I was also charged for a gallon of gas when I returned the truck with the gas gauge at the same exact spot as when I picked it up.

The trailer that I rented had not been swept out before I got it. There was dirt and rocks all over the floor. The representative was misleading and uninformed on U-haul products and policies. I initially made my reservation online at the beginning of September for a 4 X 8 trailer. I had not heard from the location at all to confirm. a week and half before I was supposed to pick up the trailer, I called the location to verify that they had my reservation. I was told that they did not have my reservation. I ended up having to go to the pick up location. I was again told that she couldn't see my reservation. I was also told that they did not have a 4x8. I was told that they rarely get them and talked in to changing my reservation to a 5x8. which was going to cost me approximately 80 $more. When I expressed concern about the price difference I was told that if I didn't need the trailer for the full 5 days that were included with the rental of the trailer that a daily fee of 17,95 $ would be refunded to me for the days that I did not keep the trailer. I was made to believe that there was the possibility that even though I had made a reservation online for a 4x8 trailer, that the possibility existed that if I went to pick up on my scheduled day and they didn't have a 4x8 that I could be out of luck. I was convinc3ed to change my reservation to a 5x8 under the guise that I would only be charged for the days that I actually kept the trailer and the mileage. The Monday before I needed to pick up the trailer I called the Uhaul 800 number and I was informed that as long as I had if made a reservation and the desired size trailer was not available, I would be upgraded to the next size for no additional charge. I kept the trailer for just over 24 hlours, I went to return, cleaned out and undamaged., I called the return site to verify they were open and I was told that they were not, but that I could drop the trailer and it would be checked in Monday when they reopened. IO asked how that would work with the crediting for the days that I did not keep the trailer and I was then informed that crediting back was not something that was done. I feel lied to and deliberately misled in order to make a profit.
