Clerk on duty requested we check in with the U-Haul app. The Android app failed to complete. It got hung on "add a picture" for the fuel/mileage. The "Add a picture" button appeared to function but never advanced. Asked clerk to check us in. He did not know how to do that and wanted us to just leave the key with him. Called the U-Haul Customer Service number but while we were on hold we decide to try the app on an I-Phone and managed to complete the check-in. In my experience the Android app fails about 50% of the time. It failed when I tried to check-in on the same truck. Don't count on the Android app working if you're doing after hours.
