This is an odd location. First I got a call to return the truck to this location instead of the pick up location. I had nothing but issues. The person assisting me was doing her best. The System would not allow for the return. I was sent to the pick up location to get my deposit. They sent me back to this location saying they needed to give it to me. I have yet to receive it. I have used U-Haul for years, this was the worst rental experience I have had. Really would like my money. It's been 5 days.

The place or pick up was great. But the whole other part. Online there were mix ups and 5 hour delays to pick up the truck. So my friend and I had to wait around.

The hand brake was very difficult to release. The service was very helpful and agreeable.

The first time my husband and I rented a trailer it was rented out to someone else before us which we didn’t understand because it was a 26ft trailer and they only rented it for two hours (of course they needed it for longer than two hours and didn’t return it). So because of that we had to hire a moving company last minute. Then today when I came in to drop my trailer off a man was in the same situation that my husband was in. Someone rented his trailer and hadn’t returned it yet, I explained to him about my past experience with this U-Haul location. The worst part was the U-Haul employee was yelling at the customer. I just could not believe the lack of professionalism. The customer was not in the wrong but was made to feel he was. You guys need to have a time space between dropping off and new rentals, and maybe a hire fee for dropping something off late. I will never recommend anyone to use U-Haul in Alberta because of these experiences.

Don’t change the pickup location from what is requested If someone changes the dropoff location online that change should actually matter.

This is the second time I’ve been messed around with uhaul and I can be sure that I will never use uhaul again. Absolutely so unorganized and very unprofessional.

I would definitely send a friend/family to the place I went. The lady went above and beyond for me and i couldnt believe how much she was nice and fixed everything for me. I absolutely love my 1st time renting a uhaul.

It would be really important to fix the technical glitch that occurred with my rental as I expected to receive a code from U-Haul to enable me to retrieve the truck rental keys from the lockbox. I logged in online and could not find anything on the U-Haul website to make it happen. It was a good thing that the U-Haul Agent, Louis Bayard answered the phone and met me at their location. However, I ended up being about 1.5 hours for my move.
