I had trouble with my online booking before day of rental, I had trouble using the online tools when I picked up the vehicle, and I had a spot of trouble with the online tools when I dropped the vehicle off. The intended interface was fine, there was just some technical errors that I had to phone your toll free line multiple times to fix. I would say your online interface needs to have some kinks worked out of it before it is truly a replacement for brick and mortar locations staffed by real people that can help you in person. I indicated in my initial rental requisition form that I wanted to rent a dolly and a few moving blankets/pads, but they were not in the truck when I picked it up. However, I did not get charged for these items either, so not a huge deal. However, I was lucky I did not need the dolly, because if I did, I would've been shit out of luck as there were no staff for me to ask. Truck was clean and worked well. Everything went swimmingly well once we had the vehicle.

If I were u I wouldnt change a thing at this Location. The service was great. the price was right, and I even got money back when I took the u haul back. I will be dealing with this location as long as I live here and as long as Louis Leather is still in Business.

The location was not a issue beyond a dirty truck which was not the locations fault rather the transient individuals useing the truck to shoot up. Uhaul itself needs to work on being reliable and actually following through with what they offer. My booking was changed twice due to errors on uhauls behalf 2 days befor I was moving. Uhaul also stated I had 24hours with the truck I rented only to find out at pick up I only had 7.5 from 430pm to midnight which obviously did not work for us for multiple reasons. Thankfully the owner of louise leather shop was able to work some magic to let us keep it the full 24hours I was promised. Uhaul really needs to work on that as its frustrating and unfair. I'd recommend the location no problem but at this time would not recommend uhaul to anyone

Truck was full of dirt. They had no blankets or dollys. We had to go to three different U-Haul stores to get The dolly's. No one had blankets we had to go to Walmart and actually buy blankets.

Drop off Location is in a very undesirable area. Was very intimidated by the clientele around my vehicle while trying to do self checkout. Was not able to do checkout on my phone...spent 20 to 30 minutes trying to sort this out. Finally called Uhaul and was on hold another 15 minutes. Very frustrated with the drop off.

Agent failed to correctly attached the trailer to my towing vehicle. It fell off two hours later and damaged my towing vehicle. Then U-Haul charged me for two days rental, despite me only having the trailer for 6 hours on the same day.

I had "checked in" on the web but they had no record of that on their system. They had "phone it in" to Uhaul as their system froze up so getting the unit took a long time. I've rented cars in 5 minutes, this took 25 minutes.

Dolly not supplied. U-Haul changed location which made my mobile pickup non valid. Spent 45 minutes on phone to sort out . Most of it on hold . When I dropped truck back off at Louis Leather, staff were exceptional. I have still been changed for the dolly that was not there , and received numerous messages to return dolly .

Truck cab smelled like cigarettes, very badly. Interior of box had dirt in it. Dash was dusty. Brakes on truck were in very bad shape. They need to be checked immediately by a mechanic as pressure on the brake pedal causes the truck to immediately pull hard left.

Brake lights and signals worked but the right park lights in the same LED housing did not. One of the safety chains which are to attach to vehicle being towed had broken S hook. otherwise all was good. would rent again. Thank You!

This is an odd location. First I got a call to return the truck to this location instead of the pick up location. I had nothing but issues. The person assisting me was doing her best. The System would not allow for the return. I was sent to the pick up location to get my deposit. They sent me back to this location saying they needed to give it to me. I have yet to receive it. I have used U-Haul for years, this was the worst rental experience I have had. Really would like my money. It's been 5 days.

The place or pick up was great. But the whole other part. Online there were mix ups and 5 hour delays to pick up the truck. So my friend and I had to wait around.
