My account was charged until it went negative for a "hold" of over 500 dollars and nobody knew what was going on because it didn't show in their system. It was 75,86 and it hit my account 7 times. The truck was janky and could use a service and smelled weird.

I was supposed to rent my truck at 10:00 a.m. systems were down I didn't get my truck until 3:00 in the afternoon then I couldn't it said I had to return my truck at 6:00 a.m. the next day which it wasn't supposed to be until 11:00 a.m. the next day then the phone system I couldn't get it to go through I had issues took me over an hour and a half to even get logged in and get everything filled out so I just think your system has to be a little bit better for people to be able to log into your system and get done quicker than to have to go through everything that they have to just to get a truck rented to people to understand it and to be able to check in better some people aren't as quick as the younger generation

the location was great and I had o issues with them. but i had originally booked at another location and it got moved to a 2nd location and then when i arrived there, they didnt have a truck assigned to my reservation so i think was changed to a 3rd location which was this location. I am not happy with that

Todd gave me excellent service. He called to check in when I was running late to assure I was able to get my rental. He also answered all my questions. I highly recommend using this location as the customer service was better then going directly to Uhaul chain store on Bardstown Rd.

There is so much to type but two days before I was to pick up the truck I was switch to another location. When I arrived at that location they also didn't have a truck. Then they sent me to a location which was roughly 30 minutes away and was a place that only had one truck that was not supposed to be rented because it was promised the next morning at 8 o'clock. It was the worst experience dealing with a rental company and I will probably never use you again.

The truck was dirty inside. But, you going to charge above the government rate in the gas mileage. 0,99 a mile in a dirty truck.

Ridiculously expensive. Absolute robbery. Trucks all advertising $29,99 but really it's going to cost you $100! Plus $20 in this gas hog truck!! Trash. Thankfully I won't have to move again for a long time. I'll never use uhaul again. I'll buy my own truck

Uhaul changed my pick to different location. Truck was on empty, driver's door did not shut properly, steering was wonky, check engine light was on and seat belt was rigger with a hair tie!

First of all I arrived at my confirmed location Affordable Muffler (29348597) at 8:30 a.m. Sunday, July 11, to pick up the uhaul truck only to find out it was no longer availlable at this location. The uhaul website informed me a truck is available at the Crums Lane location at 10:00 a.m. I called the uhaul customer service and was put on hold for 45 minutes before a representative could talk to me. The uhaul representative then informed me the truck was not available at the Crums Lane location either. The representative told me a truck was available across town at the north Preston St. location. I had to drive 36 miles round trip out of my way to get the truck and return it. Plus I had to drive extra miles in the truck and gas expense due to the last minute change in location to pick up the truck. I do not understand why Uhaul could not have informed me that the truck was not available sooner rather than at my initial confirmed location by Uhaul. I would have cancelled altogether if I would have known this sooner. I could not cancel at the last minute because I had six people waiting on me to move. My experience with Uhaul was extremely frustrating and not to mention expensive due to all the extra driving I had to do. I request Uhaul to refund at least half of my cost due to extremely poor customer service. You can call me at (502) 554-4436 to discuss further. Merci.

So the only reason it wasn't 5 star is because the uhaul was actually not in the location it was suppose to be. It was suppose to be at 502 storage and it wasn't there so we had to track it's location. I even have proof on my order email showing it was to be picked up at the 502 storage.

I use Uhaul on many occasions, but recently I have been contacted at the last minute advising me that my pickup or drop off address has changed. That's very annoying, as most times it's not convenient for me. I wish you would change this practice.

Had to jiggle the key to start it, truck wouldn't come out of 1st gear, smelled like smoke and I don't smoke, so it stunk.?? Cab had ashes Everywhere and I had to clean it to feel comfortable. Still haven't received my deposit back. I should've received about $40 by now..

You charge me a mile and I put 8 dollars of gasoline which corresponds to an average of 4 gallons, my big question is your car consumes 11 with 4 gallons? Thank you for your service but I will never ask for your services again

Never was informed that I had an certain amount of miles to use, so when I returned the truck back in on full and clean like I was told to, I got charged $40 saying I went over my allotted miles..

The front tires are worn Bald on the outsides both of them. The inside of the Van was exceptionally clean as well as the enclosed area.

When I make reservation I make it for The 10 Foot Truck but they give me Small Van So it's a bed experience I will never get u-haul in my life again They're not honest with their customers
