So the only reason it wasn't 5 star is because the uhaul was actually not in the location it was suppose to be. It was suppose to be at 502 storage and it wasn't there so we had to track it's location. I even have proof on my order email showing it was to be picked up at the 502 storage.

I use Uhaul on many occasions, but recently I have been contacted at the last minute advising me that my pickup or drop off address has changed. That's very annoying, as most times it's not convenient for me. I wish you would change this practice.

Had to jiggle the key to start it, truck wouldn't come out of 1st gear, smelled like smoke and I don't smoke, so it stunk.?? Cab had ashes Everywhere and I had to clean it to feel comfortable. Still haven't received my deposit back. I should've received about $40 by now..

You charge me a mile and I put 8 dollars of gasoline which corresponds to an average of 4 gallons, my big question is your car consumes 11 with 4 gallons? Thank you for your service but I will never ask for your services again

Never was informed that I had an certain amount of miles to use, so when I returned the truck back in on full and clean like I was told to, I got charged $40 saying I went over my allotted miles..

When I make reservation I make it for The 10 Foot Truck but they give me Small Van So it's a bed experience I will never get u-haul in my life again They're not honest with their customers

If a location is available to use by mobile pickup then it should be available at times requested. The owner did not have the UHaul set up for mobile pickup at time requested. I waited 2 hours for the owner to arrive and when he did he claimed he had not checked the UHaul in because it was delivered late (a lie since he had the key in his desk). Will never use this location again, and maybe not UHaul.

The truck needs maintenance badly! The worst drive I've ever drove with all the bouncing and the seat leaning. Check engine and tow light was on. Was only given the option to rent the small truck but needed a mid size which was available, which cost me extra money for making an extra trip for half of a load.

My ONLY complaint (and that is using the word loosely) is that I was a little uncomfortable when I brought the truck back after dark. The lot was a little dark and I was alone. Otherwise everything was great. I was sent there by a great guy at another location. The owner of Louisville Mattress was perfect when he rented me the truck and made returning it so easy.

The reservation was for an 8:00 pickup at the Bardstown Road location. I called 2 days prior to confirm. U-haul switched the location pick-up to this different location at the last minute. The location didn't even open until 10:00, 2 hours after the requested & scheduled pick-up time. I was given the new thelephone number to confirm the new reservation. They hung up on me TWICE. "You have the wrong number. This is a mattress store, not U-Haul." Because I couldn't confirm the reservation, then I received a message the truck would be canceled. . . . After the truck was picked up. Get your act together U-Haul!!

That particular U-Haul truck smells in the cabin. Smells like it was previously VERY WET and moldy. And the window does not roll-up properly.

Don't use one of the movers that uhaul endorses. I did and the people were a day late then called to reschedule and still showed up 2 hours and 45 minutes late. I had to reschedule my drop off day for the uhaul as a result of their movers being late and was charged an extra days fee without customer service advising me I would be charged another day.

I rented a unit and was given great service until I got ready to return the truck. Upon return, I made sure to sweep out the rear of the truck to ensure that it was clean for the next renter. However, I was told that it was filthy when I got it back and that I would be charged AT LEAST $50 for cleaning. I rent trucks frequently for my business, so I know that's not the case!!!! I would like to dispute the charges and seriously doubt if I will ever rent from, not just this location, but any UHaul location ever again!!!!
