The only issue I has was returning the vehicle online. I spent 30 minutes trying to find “return uhaul” on the app and wasn't successful. Just wanted to be sure I wasn't over charged for my time slot I rented it for.

Drivers side door lock did not work - no way to lock the cab. Also reserved a smaller truck, which broke down between the time I reserved the truck and the next morning - would have liked some notification as the bigger truck was challenging when moving things into a downtown environment

The owner was very rude to me. He started swearing when trying to get the car off tow hitch. Wanted to blame me that the straps came off . Then got into the truck and slammed on the gas and mind you all my stuff is still in the truck. I was worried about my stuff being damaged. Took the tow dolly off the truck and was looking at me in a rude way then walked away. I was never rude to him or said anything mean. Will never recommend him again and when I opened my truck my glass table top covers where on the bottom of the truck. Luckily they weren't damaged.

This location closed at 1:00 pm on a Saturday. I would think this would be one of your busiest days of the week. It was hard to find & looked a little sketchy once we did find it. Not too mention all the hoops one has to jump through when returning a vehicle. Next time I will return it to the Milford location, as it is easier to find & they are open until 7:00 pm.

When getting the vehicle I wiped down all the surfaces and a sanitary wipe and the wipe was filthy black. In this Covid environment I did not appreciate the fact that the vehicle was not cleaned. I'll never use the services at this location again.

Beware of the fuel level. When I picked up the truck, the guy told me the tank was just over half full and to bring it back at the same level. I did, and when I returned the truck using the app it automatically charged me for a full tank. I called the guy back on Monday, and he said "there is nothing I can do." My recommendation, do not accept a truck without a full tank of gas.

Kind of out in a rural area but the trucks were parked in a way that they were very easy to access. We had no problems at all. We just had a little trouble locating the place.

I was charged $64 for insurance that I did not want. After I received my final bill I called to ask about it. After 15 minutes on hold I was sent to another number to call. I waited 20 minutes on that call and hung up. I then sent an email to customer service - it's been 24 hours and I have not received a reply. Frustrated. I have rented from Uhaul many times and never elected to purchase the insurance. I would like a $64 refund.

Van came with check engine light on. I disagreed to charges. No one contacted me. You charged me two days and my agreement was one. I only had the ban less than 10 hours. REFUND ME ASAP! They also refused military discount and rented me 20 ft after I called corporate and the location on pickup day to confirm a 26ft van. I had to do two trips instead of one. I will not pay for the extra mileage. Your company has serious organization issues. Please make this right or I'll dispute the charges.

I was charged twice due to pc issues, called man wasnt in today lady said she couldnt help me. I already was inconvenienced by driving 30 miles out of my way after making reservations with uhaul 2 miles from my house. This has been the worst experience ever with uhaul. The man was nice, ran ny card 3 times. Before accepting the 3rd time i checked my bank and seen the 1st one went thru. He knew the 2nd might go through as well and told me to call today and he wasnt even there to fix it for me. They offered no help at all but they would ask him to call me tomorrow.

The U-Haul on-line return does not work well. Prefer a "ballot type" system that allows all relevant information to be place in the key lock-box along with the keys. The location that I used opened late and closed early, so the on-line was the only way to return the truck. Submitted information upon return, received emails referring to "recovery of equipment", made calls to rental location, answered emails, provided U-Haul texts. Net, no issue with the equipment, the price, the terms, but not the return procedure.

The truck was full of sand, I am just glad my helpers didn't slip and fall. I made sure after we were done I swept it out like you are suppose to.

The virtual check out was an extremely irritating process. We had dropped off the keys prior to clicking the link to verify it was returned and had no clue all those pictures would be needed. That should be listed in the instruction message when sent so we know beforehand.

According to your own associate, the car dolly first should never have been in service. Again, according to your associate, the chains should have been hooked up under the car as a secondary safety feature, but were not. No information was given to us about securing the steering wheel, consequently, the good bump we hit, the tires went diagonally sideways, giving the car the opportunity to bounce completely off the dolly at the next bump, especially given that the secondary feature of the chains being not in play. We called a friend who pulled a similar rig, and he told us how to secure the steering wheel. At least once the steering wheel was secured, the wheels stopped tending to go sideways every few miles. Your associate who unhooked the trailer, an incredibly wonderful and dedicated human being, found that one of the ramps on one side of the dolly, could not be extracted and to be tilted down onto the ground. She worked feverishly with only shorts and a short sleeve shirt on, lying down on gravel, working for at least 15 minutes tugging with all her might. She got on the phone with another associate and had them on the phone all the time she was working. Only when I got down on the gravel with her and we worked together, both of us using all our strength, were we able to extract the ramp, which immediately fell all the way out on the ground. I was able to put the ramp back into the bend-up recepticle which had 2 or 3 spots on the edge bent up an inch. Even then, it took us 5 minutes of very careful manipulation by the 3 of us to get the car down off the dolly. All this means that the associate who hooked up the dolly put us unknowingly in the position of driving 2200 miles, all along the route, being a traffic hazard that at any moment could have cost people their lives. We have no problem with the $130 we paid for insurance, but we want a full refund of all the other money we paid. Only if you give us this full refund will we ever consider using U-Haul again in the future, being customers who have been previously been satisfied with your service a number of times in the past.

I gave one card for the deposit, paid for the entire bill with another card. The first card (swiped on 1.27.20) has a pending transaction (money still not on card as of 2.9.20) yet entire bill has been paid and I'm still waiting on the money to be put back on my card. Try FULLY explaining how the transactions work when using a debit card.

Facility is ok, gated entry. The picture online isn't the real facility. It's not paved (rocked), lots of debris (nails, small trash), around. Poor drainage. I was in a pinch, no time to shop around.
