Left turn signal had a problem

Donna YI spent the time and money to have the fuel level back to 9/16 of a tank right before I brought it in and I was charged for 5 gallons of fuel at $5/gallon and was not told that when I checked it in. I just received a receipt via email. Also the time it took to get checked out was well over 30 minutes because of poor internet connections. I doubt I will ever rent from U Haul again, but if I did I would never rent a truck again. I really expensive way to move.

CHARLES RBolts on top hinge were severely loose and one nut was missing. Didn't notice this until I arrived at the location to load my things. Door had to be lifted to close. I secured the 2 remaining bolts and nuts the best I could. This unit was obviously not inspected prior to renting.
Kevin SEmployees could not have been nicer. Wish it was closer to home. Was originally told it would be in Southfork, which would've saved us miles and time.
jim aNeed check in UHual knowledgeable person on date of drop off no fan of online checkin or check out, if wanted to be A UHaul employee I will apply for A Job. I rent from you at AZ and CO locations twice every year. Online sales crap is unappreciated. Nice phone people hire more!
Fred LHitch was not properly attached and came off when I went over railroad tracks. They did not have a utility dolly even though it was confirmed in the reservation.

Martin BAfter the guy loaded the auto transport to the Uhual 15' truck, I noticed the tie down strap for vehicle was cut clean through. I was already running late, I asked for a different auto transport, so he exchanged it. I loaded the 15' truck with my belongings and got on the road 3 hours behind schedule, driving from Colorado to Tennessee. Snow was coming and I needed to get over LaVeta Pass. I noticed I had No Air conditioning and No windshield wiper fluid. With bad weather now on the road, I could barely see and I could not roll the window down to get air because of the weather sleeting. I had no choice but to continue the whole journey without ac; It made me very sick. The truck pulled to the left and the gas pedal burned my foot it was So hot. This was the worst trip I have taken in my life. Absolutely miserable. I'm still recovering from it and it's been now a week. After 50+ years of using Uhual, this will have been My Last.
Elle MLocation needs more supplies from UHaul. I reserved moving supplies, blankets etc that they did not have at the location
Joel OThey took 3 days to check the equipment back in. I got a call from cooperate wondering why I hadn't returned the trailer, when I had done it 3 days prior.

Mark BFirst get the people at this location to be visible and acting like they even want to be in the Uhaul business. Your representative at this location acted as though having customers was a burden. I would strongly recommend you consider not having your company name associated with this site. The overall return experience was terrible. Words like rude, ignorant, uncaring and inefficient would best describe your personnel at this site. Either give personnel at this site training in common courtesy, customer support and just plain decency or shut the place down. Dealing with this location was the kind of experience that leads one to never doing business with a company again and telling everyone else to steer clear as well. Over many years, as required , I have used Uhaul. Those uses were average or above. But this drop off has left me very disappointed. You are better than this. Clean up the mess and the bad example this place makes for your company!
RUSSELL HStaff person was accommodating of my needs but when I showed up to drop off the rental, I had to work through the grocery store attendant (not a UHaul employee). She told me she did not know what was going on but left a note for the other person that I did indeed drop the rental off. However - I do not know if UHaul has a record of me dropping this off. I do not have a record but I did take a photo.

Tammy BThe person who attached the trailer did not tighten it down, After loading the trailer it became disengaged from our vehicle while we were driving. Just held on by the chains at that point.. Lucky for me I was not driving fast and was able to get my vehicle stopped without damage to it or the trailer. Had to call Uhaul roadside for help. Not a great situation and an hour delay.

Forrest NPut tongue jacks on your trailers. It is difficult and dangerous for most female employees to manually lift the trailer tongue while making the vehicle hookup. This seems like a company liability to me.
Gary PFor some unknown reason I was charged a little extra - I returned the trailer in clean, perfect condition and a day early.
Jason WI had a reservation at J&J in Alamosa CO. Which I made on 5/10 to be picked up on 5/15. Upon arrival at J&J, I was told that they had no 6x12 trailer. And that the trailer I reserved had not been returned. The only option for J&J was to rent from a this location 30 miles away. There was no apology from J&J's staff, just a simple, go here for a trailer. This was an additional 1,5 hours out of our move time. A simple phone call stating that the trailer was not returned, and a suggestion to pick up a trailer on our way to Alamosa from Denver would have eliminated this hassle. Please note that the staff at Lowes Market were extremely helpful during this process.

WILLIAM OThe service that I received at this location was nothing but exceptional. Wait at the customer service agent handle client needs was second to none. Service agent was attentive to my needs and made sure that I was completely satisfied throughout every step of the process I will not go any place else other than this location.
MICHAEL SWe returned the uhaul an entire day early and couldn't get any refund.

virginia aI do not have any complaints in regards to this location. The customer service agents were awesome they helped me in any way that they could and provided me with information that I needed. They bent over backwards to make sure that my experience was 5-star and that's what I say it is five star.
