I was charged for things I didn't want, paid $80 the. A month later got charged another $125 for no reason, over drawing my account

The GM Mike is terrible. The whole process to rent from this Farrell site is a crap shoot. We were there 45 minutes. Awful. Going to a local company next time.

I was sent to 701 Hamilton Ave for pickup of a 26” rental truck. When I arrived the keys were in a black lock box that I could not access without an additional code for the combination. I had to go inside to ask for it. Once I was assisted with getting the keys I walked over to find the truck which was not on the property! I went back inside to be given an address to go pick up the truck. I had no ride, I was just dropped off to pick up the truck. Took me over an hour to get the truck I scheduled over a week before hand to avoid any issues. Worse experience I've ever had with uhaul.

The only issue I had was finding it, but a quick phone call solved the issue, and it was really well after that.

Rented a truck went to the location and no one was there to give me the uhaul but took money off my card I will never use uhaul again very unprofessional

Sweep the inside of the vehicle. Spray a de-bug germ chemical and pressure wash it. Other then that the customer service was excellent. I was very pleased with everything else. 5 stars for wonderful customer service.
