The app did not work and it took me an hour on the phone to get help. I had two workers with me being paid by the hour. Need faster response from phone support for weekends and after office hours.

Ferit HaspolatAlways an issue at this location. This time after making me wait to check the truck when I returned, they told me everYthing was good and a receipt would be emailed to me. When I received the email later that evening they had charged me $8,5 for 2 gallons of gas. If they would have told me that after I waited, I would gave shown them the receipt for the $10 and 2,5 gallons I had just put in the truck. I ONLY WENT 12 MILES!! No way that truck gets 3 miles to the gallon. So had the spend more time on the phone with Uhaul customer service to get a refund. Rep was fantastic. This location is always doing things like this and the trucks are not maintained. This truck had something wrong with transmission slipping. I told the worker when I returned it. Their customer service is AWFUL! Using another location today but sadly this one is the most convenient for me.
Michelle AlonsoA terrible experience. I reserved a dolly. Was told the day before that there was no dolley available. I had been at home depot earlier. Had I known, i would have bought one. Also, the check-in procedure was ridiculus. Why could my identity not have been verified prior to me riding a bike 40 minutes to get to the uhaul rental. Why would i have a passport, lease, etc with me at the uhaul to confirm identity? Also, I was charged for moving pads and a hand-truck, neither of which I asked for.

EDWIN ALBERTO FAGGIONII go there because of location only. Customer service is awful. Twice they have said my acct is red flagged with no explanation and refuse to release a truck to me unless I contact customer service. Mobile pick up is non existent there. Getting a truck takes way too long. Trucks not well maintained and are not cleaned.
Michelle AlonsoI had a number of issues with this location. The truck was in poor operating condition. The shifter is incredibly loose, and the windshield wipers need to be replaced, which was quite dangerous given the amount of rain that we had during the rental. Additionally, I had ordered an appliance dolly as part of my rental I drove to my location and then realized that the employee never added the rental to my truck so I had to spend more money for procuring a dolly from Lowe's. When trying to express my disappointment and frustration for the situation, the employee told me that the only thing that I can do was to drive back 50 miles that I would've been charged for to pick up the dolly and then drive back to my destination. This is completely unacceptable, and they should be empowered to come up with a solution that would remedy his oversight.

Michelle AlonsoThe worst experience possible. Nothing was clear with check in and it took forever on the app. The truck was filthy and disgusting and filled with trash. Lastly the check out experience was extremely unclear and I was wrongly over charges on my credit card.
Vanessa WebbTruck drove terrible Check in was awful. They acted like my account was red flagged. I Called Uhaul customer service and they said it was not. They Finally rented me the truck that I had a reservation for but rebooked my reservation manually. When I came back to check out I realized she had rebooked it wrong wanting to charge me $28 for the Safe move Plus. I always get the $14 insurance not Plus. They also made me stay while they checked me out. I was there for over 30 minutes. Both times. Awful! They did not know what they were doing. And the truck had something wrong with the transmission, air conditioning, and brakes. Luckily I did not have to go far. Inside was muddy too.

Kirk JenningsWhen I arrived to pick up the vehicle, there was nobody to help me. I waited for 10 minutes, then went to the work area. The person working seemed annoyed and pointed at me to go back to the office and continue waiting for him. No apology for the delay, and he seemed irritated that I was there to begin with. Dropping off the vehicle was a better experience. The young lady was polite and communicated everything clearly and kindly.

My return was marked back later than received and I've been billed for way more milage than we used leading me to wonder what occurred during the gap after I returned it. Likely to file a chargeback with my credit card due to this experienced
