Maintain the equipment and use tires that are rated for any interstate speed limit, not 62mph with speed rating J. Tried to increase to 80mph for south dakota speed limits and the trailer started vibrating. That's when I discovered the speed rating on the tires.

Michael M.Customer service needs improvement. I tried calling multiple times to extend my rental during their posted business hours and no one answered the phone. I ended up having to call a corporate office to extend my rental. Upon returning my rental they were not willing to process my return of the truck stating that they were closed and would take care of it in the morning even though they were not due to close for another eight minutes according to their posted business hours. I received my receipt via email the next day and I was charged a fee for after hours drop off.

Austin B.I am thankful that someone was there to help. If this store would have been closed I would have had extreme difficulty retrieving the rental. The app check in process is not smooth at all. I checked in the evening prior, and I was under the impression I could use the app in total to pick up the vehicle. On arrival for pick up it asked me tons of additional information, asking me to additionally confirm identity.

elizabeth J.The pickup location is a local auto repair shop. The attendant was working on a vehicle when I arrived to pick up my truck at the designated pick up time. He told me I would have to wait until he finished doing an oil change on the vehicle I was working on, before he could help me. He was the only person in the facility on a Sunday. I refused to wait and told him I needed him to process the paperwork to allow me to take the vehicle. His expectation that I should have to wait for him to do an oil change was ridiculous. I will never rent any vehicles from this location ever again.

The location was sent by u-haul.They sent me to a second location and I was told I was again at the wrong location. I finally made it to my third location which was finally correct. No one at any of the three locations showed any concern about giving me the run around. Awful customer service at all locations!

BriAnn D.I'm the only thing I complain about is the Mobile drop off, although very convenient... And it very well could have been my phone.. But it took me 45 minutes to drop it off It was almost late. First it wouldn't share my location, then it wasn't accepting my pictures which maybe I wasn't taking them right.. But it kept taking me back to the beginning of the process. So I think honestly next time I would deal with a human.

Uhual should of notified me of this change. I am extremely disappointed with the reservation progress and might never use you services again.
Steve B.All the guys at Lube Stop were great, however the lady that was working the day of rental pick up was not so nice as to which my actual pick up location had switched to Austintown which I did not realize at time. Then I needed the an extra day and tried to call all locations but phone lines were down and had to drive the 9,53 miles back to Austintown waste my milage there and back which caused me to go over my milage I feel I should get that amount back to me.
