elizabeth J.The pickup location is a local auto repair shop. The attendant was working on a vehicle when I arrived to pick up my truck at the designated pick up time. He told me I would have to wait until he finished doing an oil change on the vehicle I was working on, before he could help me. He was the only person in the facility on a Sunday. I refused to wait and told him I needed him to process the paperwork to allow me to take the vehicle. His expectation that I should have to wait for him to do an oil change was ridiculous. I will never rent any vehicles from this location ever again.

The location was sent by u-haul.They sent me to a second location and I was told I was again at the wrong location. I finally made it to my third location which was finally correct. No one at any of the three locations showed any concern about giving me the run around. Awful customer service at all locations!

BriAnn D.I'm the only thing I complain about is the Mobile drop off, although very convenient... And it very well could have been my phone.. But it took me 45 minutes to drop it off It was almost late. First it wouldn't share my location, then it wasn't accepting my pictures which maybe I wasn't taking them right.. But it kept taking me back to the beginning of the process. So I think honestly next time I would deal with a human.

Uhual should of notified me of this change. I am extremely disappointed with the reservation progress and might never use you services again.
Steve B.All the guys at Lube Stop were great, however the lady that was working the day of rental pick up was not so nice as to which my actual pick up location had switched to Austintown which I did not realize at time. Then I needed the an extra day and tried to call all locations but phone lines were down and had to drive the 9,53 miles back to Austintown waste my milage there and back which caused me to go over my milage I feel I should get that amount back to me.

Rose B.We originally scheduled for pick up in Niles. The day of pickup we were told to go to Austintown. While the owner was nice and it was not his fault, but the only available trailer was made in 1981. We were told that all the trailers and vans were going south and west and there is a very limited availability in our area. When we unloaded the trailer we noticed a lot of our stuff was covered in a black oil like substance. Again, that is of no fault of the Lube stop.

PHIL M.Uhaul corporate needs to reevaluate how they handle reservations!!! I absolutely cannot tolerate being lied to!!! I had made a reservation for a 20 foot rental truck, I had even received the confirmation email with a master order number for a 20 foot rental truck, two days before my move I get a phone call from Akron Ohio number, and the lady from U-Haul tells me that I'm scheduled to receive a 17 foot rental truck, I told her that I had reserved a 20 foot rental truck and I had received a confirmation on my reservation, she said there's nothing that they can do in the original reservation was the pick the truck up 10 minutes from where I lived, when I showed up to this location to pick the truck up they had no truck there for me!!!! The gentleman at that location was nice enough to call and find out that it was the wrong location U-Haul corporate had sent me to now the location was changed!!!! The original location I was supposed to pick the rental truck up from was only 7 miles from my home now the new location to pick the truck up was 19 miles from my home, that is totally unacceptable!!! Furthermore, the original location I was to pick the truck up on on a Saturday, they told me that I could bring the truck back on Sunday and put the keys in the dropbox, however now that I had to pick up the rental truck at a different location I couldn't use the truck for Sunday also because they had already scheduled another client to use the truck on Sunday morning, which really inconvenienced me even more so then I'd already been because now I had to do the whole move on Saturday instead of splitting it up , especially now with a smaller rental truck I had to do the move into moves in one day this kind of business practice is ridiculous!!!! I will never rent from U-Haul again, this is no way to run a business do yourselves a favor and quit the lying and just be upfront and honest with your clients, if you cannot honor a reservation with this size rental truck that the client wanted to be upfront and honest with them when the reservation is made if you don't know if you'll have a truck available don't send out a confirmation email saying that you have the truck available, also, get it straight what pick up location the client needs to go to quit inconveniencing the customer this is no way to treat paying clients!!!
