Make sure you indicate which locations are 24 /7 Jacob locations. I went to go pick up the truck today and it wasn't a 24/7 location. Who is indicated on your website it was. It's frustrating to deal with your customer service to.

Next time fill the truck up with gas. If you're going to charge customers if they don't fill up then the tank needs to be filled up before the next customer picks it up. It's like you're double dipping hoping customers miss the metre so u can add another charge….but still don't fill it up. I don't understand how we have only an allotted time but we have to make trips to the gas station because of this. I should charge YOU for the time wasted

My issue is not necessarily with the location but with UHaul. I will never order a truck from uhaul again!!! I ordered a 20ft truck the beginning of May 2022 with a move date of June 25, 2022. The day before and the day before my move I was contacted by Uhaul advising me that they could offer me a 10ft truck! Although they had given me 450 km and a free day. I ended up paying more! The move took 6 trips back and forth which resulted in me paying more in fuel than the actual truck rental and additional Kim's. I would like someone to contact me asap as I would like at least some money back for the frustration and aggregation I experienced. This ended up being more stressful on me and my family.

Marketed as a 20$ for an hour. I get the truck that has 1/8th tank of gas and the lady tells me to fill it up to a quarter tank and I will get a rebate. I put in 20$ of gas and was just under a quarter. I literally left the truck with more gas than when I picked it up and I don't get a credit. When you market a 20$ and end up paying close to 75$ you are a scam. You should honour the credit you promised.

The vehicle was horrible. Dirty, used masks, was NOT sanitized despite being told it was, smelled horrible. Was very disappointed. Also I said on the application I did not want the insurance but was charged anyway. Also booked for the day and was told to bring back by 4:30.

Uhaul logistics around add on items is problematic. I ordered furniture blankets when booking online yet the location does not offer moving blankets. Why does the system give customers false sense that items they need for the job will be made available? It should have been clear at time of booking that this location does not provide furniture blankets!

I got the truck with gas level less than half tank. When I returned the truck I filled it up more than half tank. And the lady at the counter claim they were too busy to check the tank and asked me to just leave the key there. Two days later I got the receipt with 27dollars extra charge for the gas up to 11 litre. This is so not fair.

The reception said the fuel in the truck is only half full. But in real is not even half full. I have requested a furniture folly, but when arrived, they don't have one. They only have one moving cart for the whole location!! Since I am moving furniture, the moving cart is too small for the chore. Also no paper work printed from this location....Don't know what will happen if I don't have the document on my hand if anything happen.......This place is the worst Uhaul location that I have used.

Make sure that the back door of the van stays locked and secure when driving. The van that I was driving did not stay closed and opened on the road, while I was driving to pick up the furniture that I had to move. The van was empty , but if it was full, it would have caused a mess on the street. So make sure that the back door LOCKS easily and stays locked .

Absolutely disgusted by my recent experience here. The truck was not not clean, I found 3 used masks along with other garbage throughout the truck. check engine light was on and rear left turn signal was also broken making it a safety hazard (especially with merging on to the highway). I also had a hard time receiving the truck as I was told it is booked for someone else as well.(despite the fact that I called minutes prior to booking online and was told its available) I reported the truck as not clean and disputed the cleaning charge, but they decided to charge me the cleaning fee for renting me a dirty, unmaintained and unsafe truck.

There was confusion about payment since I paid online. I was told my reservation was non existent. I chose orangeville as my pickup and had to change to woodbridge last minute. They didnt have all my moving pads or the dolly I paid for.

This time I couldn't find that fuel line was correct that I left behind. Normally I would take a photo of fuel indicator bit this time I didn't. I am pretty sure that fuel indicator was more than 1/4 but in your indicator shows it is 1/8. And that cost for us +$30 fuel service and $23 fuel cost. This is not acceptable.

Very dissatisfied with the uhaul customer service , I called saying I accidentally over gassed the truck and that I would like to get a credit on my bill, but was rudely told nothing can be done , I'm very loyal to uhaul but now will switch over to home depot rentals

I needed a 15' truck and originally had that reserved. I lost that reservation just because I wanted to pick up earlier and did not see the fine print that you could modify just because I wanted to pick up earlier. Ended up with a 10' which did not meet my needs in terms of size.

When people are booking the rental the charge per kilometre is 0,49 cents. When they close out the contract it suddenly becomes 1,43 which is unreal. So I am disputing that. But Nathan and the gang are the best

When I picked up the vehicle he refused to do a circle check, he said “everything was fine”. Left rear turning signal was not working jeopardizing my health and safety. After returning the vehicle I was told that the gas level was not the same as when I picked up the vehicle and was charged extra even though I had photographic evidence that it was the same.

The customer service person was rude, condescending and very dismissive. I was not given the opportunity to ask questions. When I tried to ask for clarification on my rental he answered abruptly and told me that I would get an email with all of the information. I will never rent from that location again.

Your app did not work properly for both the pick-up and the drop off. I have to wait 20 minutes at the location while they tried to get online to your dealer site to finish the pick-up. when i returned the truck the app would not accept the photo of the dash to confirm the gas and mileage. when i tried to email a support note it kept telling me that my email address was incorrect. and finally when i received my bill you added a $15 insurance charge that i did not agree to pay (still waiting for a refund) this experience has been the worst i could imagined you have somehow took what every other rental agency does with ease and made it a very frustrating annoying process. I would be hard press to using your service angain.
