Someone needs to check the trucks over before they rent them out. No maintenance at this location for the vehicles.

It was OK to drop off but there was no one there to help with the drop off, it was all online and some folks may not be able to navigate that process. I did it, took all the pictures and a video of the vehicle, and dropped off the paperwork. I had to put the contract paperwork in the drop box so I do not have a copy for my records, and I find that disappointing.
Michael KDon't even bother asking the person working there for assistance in checking out the U-Haul truck they'll commit you to the U-Haul customer service phone number purgatory to be on hold for a long time. If you have any issues with the app or trying to do the self check in you are just screwed renting from here. The gas attendant has zero clue as to how the U-Haul check out process is and has zero training on how to assist you in any difficulties. I've had the displeasure of renting from this location twice and both times I was stuck standing there for an hour before getting my truck. On top of all that the truck had barely ANY fuel in it at all. The gas gauge was just a sliver above E and the rental agreement said if I brought the vehicle back below 1/4 tank I would incur an additional fee which I found absolutely absurd. Overall put an absolutely horrible taste in my mouth for renting U-Hauls in general making me want to search for alternatives in the future.
Donald HI was overcharged for the gas and got very little assistance from the individual at the station. Not happy with my experience at all.
Roy WStaff was unprofessional and had little to no knowledge of the process of picking up my truck. It took 45 minutes to complete my pick up when all they had to do was get the car key out of the drop box.
