Originally was supposed to pick up from Strasburg, Colorado. Showed up and there were no uhauls anywhere. Checked my email to find pick up location was changed to over 30 minutes away. That made a 45 min one way into an hour and a half one way. A three hour trip to pick up a uhaul. Got there and my disabled husband needed to use the restroom. He was directed to a line of portable toilets in the parking lot. He had his service dog with him, and that meant he had to relieve himself with the door proped open because his dog couldn't fit in the portable toilet.

Brad AIt would be very nice and convenient to be able to drop off a trailer at the town of destination instead of having to pull an empty trailer back to where it was first rented from.

Even though the day before when we rented the truck I had to stand in line for an hour waiting to get it even though we had an appointment at 9 am

Rolando DI needed a truck to move furniture. I was able to get the truck I needed when I needed it and at a reasonable rate. The fact it was clean did not bother me.

Yevgeniy LMe and the driver that came with me think that the starting mileage was entered incorrectly by the lady at this location by 40+ miles. We have done the math several times and cannot come up with the number of miles charged. The truck was horrible, transmission was rough and move very slowly.

Fidel GDoors locked early when I arrived to return the employee got mouthy when I knocked on the door to give him the keys. Stay away from this place everyone here is unprofessional
Evan Gno early drop off - spoke with employees and they were rude and told us we had to wait for someone else to take the keys - even though we checked out online. -- sitting around for 30 plus minutes to give a key to someone just to have someone take a key and walk away...... I wont inconvenience you again..... there are other places I could have chosen to drop off at ......
KIM WThis location asked me to turn in the rental early if possible. They were having a festival and wouldn't be able to accept it on Saturday. We turned it in two days early on Thursday afternoon and I have not received my invoice.

Kendra SLocation can only be accessed by driving north on US-85 and when you pull out with vehicle you must make a right onto fast-paced traffic on US-85. But this is still a good place to get a truck. Definitely place your request well in advance of the date you need it, perhaps 15-30 days before the day you will pick it up.
joseph sI loved the experience I had with Lulu's Farm. All employees were knowledgeable, professional and personable. Having a U-Haul location at this type of facility was so much better than going to some dirty storefront where all the employees know is trucks and trailers and they try to upsell the customer with unnecessary products, or happen to be very short and annoyed with the customer…similar to that of which I received on the telephone when I tried to reserve the trailer I needed online.

john oThis place needs to tell me for sure they will have the trailer and I shouldn't of gotten a text soon after saying I might have to pick it up some place else which got me worried because I was located in Keenesburg Colorado a shit town with nothing and Google Maps showed a few locations nearby but they are not around anymore or in business. Take those not in business off Google Maps now!

jill HThis is my third time dropping off a uhaul rental at Lulu's. Staff is always rude and not helpful. One time they didn't even check in my vehicle correctly and I was charged the entire weekend and had to dispute the charges. Today they overcharged my the 20 miles.

Alberto SFirst trailer the wanted me to take was seriously damaged, I refused that trailer . They had a newer unit there that they said I could not take and then the last one I did take, it was damaged as well but better then the first unit. Staff never sent me a inspection document and they said to just take pictures before I drive off and submit those at my drop off if they ask any questions. These people were truly unprofessional and I didn't appreciate their attitude when I refused the first unit . Fender on right side was pushed in touching the tire, that marker light wiring was cut in half. I also feel I was severely overcharged for that trailer rental being I rented the same trailer in November of 2022 to haul my tools from Bozeman MT to silverthorne co and paid less then half of what I paid for this unit ! This will be my last rental from uhaul ! Jamie Young

Paul MThis location was great. It was not great that i had to travel to three locations to return the trailer. I was turned away from two locations that my drop off was scheduled at because they were full even though I was scheduled to drop off here.

Robert BThe truck was filthy and at first undrivable due to inability to see the side mirrors that were covered in grime and mud. The windshield barley any better. Upon entering the truck it was littered. And filthy. I would have thought it sanitized to CODC standards but just personal standards would have sufficed! Speaks volumes about the company .

Michael SEasiest rental experience I’ve had at a U-haul.
Russell GThe truck that was rented to me was extremely unsafe as I would be driving down the road and the driver side door would fly right open. I would slam the door hard to ensure it was closed and again driving down the road again the door flies wide open. I have called multiple times to receive a complete refund for being given a unsafe and defective vehicle to use and still no replies from anyone at UHAUL. I will be contacting my lawyer in reguards to this manner. Very rude, unsafe and unprofessional company!
