I rented a trailer for 24 hours and returned it on time. And place charged my card for 3 days. They have after hours return. And in the contract it says 20 dollars when returned after hours. I called the staff and he said there's nothing they can do and call the uhaul hotline and MAYBE they will refund me. They can check their camera and neighbor auto shop about the time I returned the trailer since I ask for some help with one of the guys to remove the trailer. Shady business. And totally not recommended. Unprofessional. They will try to rip you off. I Have been renting a Motorcycle trailer for so many years and first time it happened to me. The place is not an actual Uhaul branch and have a very small office and sharing with an Autobody shop. I'm waiting for the U-haul company manager to call me and discuss my issue. he failed to put on a mask when me and my daughter arrived. He then forgot to put in the dolly and made me drive back 15 minutes to pick it up. He also advised me there'd be no further charges than the 89$. There was two charges total.nathan P.
Long wait as the employees couldn't figure out how to log on to the system. Neither of the employees were wearing masks or practicing any COVID-19 precautions. They had a truck. That was about the only positive.dario joseph S.
