I think you guys were awesome, I had no problems. I will most definitely use U-Haul again.. Everything went very smoothe. Made my moving experience very pleasant.. Everyone of you.. Great customer service.. Everuone I dealt with was very professional.. Thank all of you!!

John WI will use Penske next time because the above noted pick-up issues cost us added mileage stress and time to the start of our trip. Not having the proper truck at the promised pick-up spot should have been U hauls issue to solve not mine.

Brianna MCustomer service was poor at best. Other personnel at the location need to be trained to accept returned vehicles and to deal with the public in a less agitated manner.
Raymond BLydia's was trying to charge me $89 and saying was per hour $19.95, more money and charged me 0,79 cents where on uhaul says 0,69 cents for milage. Shouldn't have cidted any milage it was local rental!!
Ann HThe staff at Lydia's Ace hardware are very nice and knowledgeable, not just for truck rentals, but for household hardware needs also. The only complaint I have is that the rental vehicle was not cleaned prior to pickup. The windshield was covered in dead bugs making visibility difficult, interior was not wiped down or vacuumed.

DENVER WNeeds to do a better job of making sure the trucks are clean and maintained. The roof of the truck leaked when it rained. And the cab of the truck was disgusting and reeked of stale cat urine.

Eric PI made reservations to pick truck up in Ft. Payne and did the check in and it was confirmed. We showed up in Ft Payne and no truck. I went into my email and did the check in again and the location changed to Lydias in Rainsville, AL which is about 20 minutes further away. I get to Rainsville and I had ordered a dozen of furniture blankets and after we checked the truck... no blankets. We went in to ask for them and they said they didn't have any. Unbelievable!!! Uhaul needs to better and have what people order. The truck sounded horrible and cab smelled like marijuana and funk on top of everything else. Then we turn the truck in and they charge us extra for mileage!! We had to drive out of the way in our personal vehicle to get this truck which is not where we asked to pick it up and then Uhaul charges me extra for extra mileage. Well of course it is extra mileage.. the truck was given to us with about 5/8 tank of gas and we filled it up passed 3/4 a tank.. so we put in more than we used and then they charge us extra for mileage...Where's my credit for the extra fuel???????????

Stacy BLocation was great! Customer service was the best I ever had. Courteusness! This was the worse trailor to pull! It swerved everywhere! Not lined up! Our vehicle would not stay in one lane with this trailor. Unsafe Trailor! We had to drive on left to stay near the shoulder the whole trip. The trailor before this one was perfect, but this one needs dumping.

Carolyn PYou need to give more time. Pick up the truck spend the day loading, drive truck several hundred miles, unload truck and return truck. People are not machines and getting all that done in two days is impossible. I was disappointed that u haul does not offer a veterans discount.
Henry SY'all had changed the location on me yet again from the U-Haul I had chosen closer to me. Again making me go further than required. U-Haul was helpful in a big move but It was more hassle than it should have been.

Brian PThe only thing I would change is the pick up location didn't open until noon I was there before my drop off time but couldn't log into U-Haul to return it and it showed a charge that I shouldn't have to pay! My only recommendation is to send out a text like you do to pick it up so that you can drop it off to make things easier

Tim VMy pickup location was not the one i chose and no explanation given by uhaul. Being unfamiliar with the addresses i never realized the confirmation was not the ine I requested. When i arrived at the requested place they had the equipment so it wasn't an inventory issue. The difference was a fee miles and much frustration when on a schedule.

doris aThe hitch was not tightened before I left the store which caused it to become detached from my vehicle while driving. The trailer teetered from side to side before I was able to come to a stop. Thankfully, the chains kept it from breaking away from the vehicle. The car beside me has to go off the road to avoid the trailer hitting their vehicle. I had to ask the young man who attached the trailer to my vehicle to check to make sure the trailer lights were working as he began to walk away without checking them.
