CAROLLANN AOur truck broke down within an hour of picking it up. Broke down on the side of the road for 3 hours. No customer service from uhaul. Waited on hold for an hour. Terrible service. Should have had a full refund. Rep gave us $50 refund but should have done 100 %

Melinda RWe had issues with the uhaul itself not the people renting it to us. We had to put 100 dollars as soon as we drove off... dont know if that's normal but that's alot. The tire tred came off while driving. Did not get one month storage like it said. Not happy with it at all.

Shawnee HThe back of the truck smelt like garbage but the lady that I rented it from in Lyle Washington gave me complimentary blankets so my stuff didn't have to sit on the ground. She was awesome!

GREGORY MShow them how to get the key out of the ignition! I tried and tried but no luck. It didn't help to call them because I was miles away. I had to keep trying and by God's grace and providence, turned the the key left even further than it should have gone and it slipped out. Everything else was superb! 10 out of 10

Brian KLocation was closed prior to 5:00 pm on our own Saturday return. Not the location's issue, but the cell phone return process is cumbersome and very time-consuming! Not a user-friendly method to return rental truck!
