my reservation was for Wahoo Nebr..two days before pick up I receive a call from u haul about a change of pickup to a location farther away...My suggestion: If a person makes a reservation for a certain location, u haul should make sure to accommodate from that location...like the rent a cars companies do.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, easily navigable drop off area. FYI -- U Haul Neighborhood location shows up on the incorrect street in Google Maps.

Leaving a trailer after hours was a nightmare. Return spot for trailer was on a 45 degree hill; trailer started to roll away, nothing to block wheels. The safety chains stopped the trailer from rolling away down the hill potentially damaging private property and the trailer. NO cell phone service because location was down in a 'hole' out in the "woods" (rural, one mile from interstate). Without cell phone service, I couldn't login to do return as it captures the GPS from cell phone. Hence I took pictures of the trailer and surroundings to prove I left the trailer. If this location wants to receive UHaul after hours they should provide a PUBLIC WIFI for after hours login. Also provide wheel blocks for trailers--not every UHaul rental has a motor and keys. NEVER using this location again! Hard to find in the dark.

Yet they gave away my truck fuel was 1/4 tank We got there at 10:30 was not able to leave until 12:45 The people at this location did not act like they knew what they where doing. Never got contract. They had a lady called about her truck messed up he was rude talking about her, It not us the customers fault trucks where not where we ordered them and we had to travel an hour out of the way. I called as soon as I was able to get online to get my res# I was told to hang on to gas receipts to get gas reimbursed when I drop off call in I did not reponces the guy was hateful telling me it was 1/2 tank did not want to take complaints this was a bad experience with UHAUL first time I have had a bad experience Even when we rented a truck that did not shift have I been treated this way Second email from UHAUL -----Dear VICI BROWN, This is confirmation that the 14' Moving Van, Utility Dolly, and Furniture Dolly you reserved is scheduled and guaranteed to pickup at 12:00 PM on 09/29/2012 at SMITH TIRE SERVICE, 510 US HWY 87, BRADY, TX 76825. This equipment needs to be returned to a U-Haul location in PRYOR, OK prior to 12:00 PM on 10/02/2012. Please contact us if you are unable to pickup your equipment at 12:00 PM on 09/29/2012. Your reservation can be changed or canceled up to the day prior to your pick up date. If you change or cancel on or after the day of pick up you are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. San Angelo has limited number of trailers this is a military town get more trailers. Customers should not have to drive across country to use a trailer. If I make a reservations for a certain size trler that is the size I want not a different one that's why I made the reservation so you would have the one I wanted.
