At the location they asked me to do online checkout. Online there was no record for my reservation. It took me one hour before checking out. Also they had no place to sit and wait all this time while outside it was extremely cold. It was the most horrible experience.

The equipment had food garbage that I had to clean out. It took way longer than it should have to pick up he truck. Although they were very nice the 2 women had no idea how to print the paperwork or check out the equipment.

I Couldn't login to check in the vehicle, but I have pictures to prove it was in great shape and I recorded the mileage. I would like to provide it for you but was locked out of the website. A better check in policy and/or procedure I think would help you folks.

When it asks to take the photo of the driver's license ask that it be of the person who will be driving, because I wasn't the one driving my step dad was..

There was no dolly available and I got charge for this. I also fill up the tank half way and still got charge for this too.
