Seamless rental with only one exception.. The only constructive feedback I would have is that this was not the location I originally rented from. I received a email at ~12:30PM the day before I was supposed to pick up the truck at 8:00AM the next morning. I was moving and had a lot going on so I didn't even notice the last minute change in location until very late and it was quite a bit further away. It actually caused some confusion and a bit of stress trying to figure out how to get the truck. I think an actual phone call to explain why the change occurred and what I needed to do to get the truck would have really helped. It was very possible that I wouldn't have even noticed the email and just showed up at the original location, only to be very disappointed and angry. That said, it did work out and the move went smoothly, so thank you!steven P.

Don't offer online reservations when you know the reservation has to be completed inside the store. In the future have the requested equipment available. For example I requested a appliance dolly M & J did not have one available, but charged me for the dolly anyways and then told me to go to another uhaul for the missing equipment. I was never offered a refund even though they knew I paid for it but never received it. So where is my refund.Jennie L.

You could improve by not lying to customers when they call in for a quote and nothing is mentioned about the "rental charge" of $79,......was told the rate for the truck but nothing about the rental charge and a $25 cleaning fee that's added automatically when the truck was just as I picked up. Tried to call but of course the prompt for service after the sale is received no attention,...but if you prompt for a new sale someone answers ,...how convenient,...ready to steal from the customers but not listen to them complain afterwards. Typical of any large corporate,..got big by stealingEthan M.
