Originally it was set up for broad street. Got a call the day before saying it was changed to old mountain road. When we got there they said they didn't have the furniture dolly for what we needed. Girlfriend called around for the dolly. Inside the truck was dirty.

MICHAEL MWould never use the mobile checkout again!! It took over an hour to get the truck. The location was a building that looked deserted and property not maintained.
Gina PRight side strap was to short, you could tell it was cut and shorter then the left side. And the left side ratchet was almost unusable when under pressure… right side ratchet ( which I didn't use) looked just as bad. The people at the location was very nice and prompt. Neither of use noticed it, it wasn't only until I got to the location of the vehicle and put it on the trailer when I realized the problem. luckily I had extra heavy duty ratchet straps in my truck, so it wasn't a wasted trip.
MATT YThere is VERY VERY limited cell service at this location. It made my check out and check in quite stressful since I needed to walk around the area and secure one bar on my cell phone to submit the pics.

They were cheerful, kind, respectful, and adjusted their time just before closing to take my trailer. I will have 2 more future drop offs, and this will by my location of choice. Their customer service was 5 star.

THOMAS NTerrible service. I had my reservation canceled twice and then one representative made another appointment for a different time without my consent. And then after speaking to Sally at the Charlotte branch. She then called me later that day to tell me that the truck that I have reserved with her after being canceled for the first reservation was also not available.

Not only that.....but there were 3 U-Haul dealers within 5 miles of my home and I was sent to this one which was 11 miles away to get the truck I needed....even though I had made my reservation a month in advance. You would think U-Haul would be able to have a truck available with that much notice. It seems to me that U-Haul should give a bit more consideration to the convenience of its customers. I will be relocating again in a few months and will consider other options before U-Haul for the move.
JASON DPerhaps keep a fire extinguisher on premises? The folks were super helpful though and they handled the transfer paperwork and provided some assistance on the transfer to a new trailer. We were extremely fortunate that the incident occurred at the exit where M&M were situated. Otherwise we could have lost an entire 12x6 full of belongings to a fire due to faulty uhaul equipment.

Elizabeth HI had the 10 ft box truck for less than 2 hours and was charged $74. That is outrageous! I only drove 41 miles. I did take out insurance but $74 is robbery!!!!

Richard NThis location was amazing and the young lady was very helpful inside. U-haul did a terrible job and changed my reservation last minute and didn't tell me. A,"Jacob", contacted me and I said no on the change of venue and he changed the date and size of the truck. Then while calling U-haul I had to go to three different locations that were separate from what was online, and the times for pick up were all wrong. Very poor customer service on a national level, definitely will be using a different company in the future.
Scott LMy issue was not with the pick up or drop off location location. It was the overall U-Haul experience of reserving my rental in one place but then having to drive over 60 miles to get my truck in one location and furniture pads in another location. Very poor experience and calling the traffic management number did not help much. They just didn't care about my experience.
WAYNE SThe window trim was about 20 % off the window with tape holding it down. The tape came off after about 10 minutes of driving. The truck smelled like someone had been living in it for weeks. The smell was so bad we drove as much of the 800 miles with windows down as possibly. Even with wiping everything in the truck down and using febreeze and air freshener didn't help the smell.
WILLIAM BI feel that the price was outrageous and their is no way to justfy charging someone over$600 dollars to rent a truck.
