Wonderful. Literally at the end of their day, my assigned drop off location was not available, and these people stepped up. They were cheerful, kind, respectful, and adjusted their time just before closing to take my trailer. I will have 2 more future drop offs, and this will by my location of choice. Their customer service was 5 star.

Terrible service. I had my reservation canceled twice and then one representative made another appointment for a different time without my consent. And then after speaking to Sally at the Charlotte branch. She then called me later that day to tell me that the truck that I have reserved with her after being canceled for the first reservation was also not available.

Uhaul was filled with dirt red clay and not cleaned out from previous use

After being sent to 3 separate locations m&m finally got it right. I called uhaul many, many times and they screwed up reservations every time including cancellation of an auto transport without my permission

They were very helpful with paperwork and hookup. Told us location in parking lot asto whereto return the trailer. Very thoughtful would love to rent at this location every time.

The place was a bit isolated for me. Not only that.....but there were 3 U-Haul dealers within 5 miles of my home and I was sent to this one which was 11 miles away to get the truck I needed....even though I had made my reservation a month in advance. You would think U-Haul would be able to have a truck available with that much notice. It seems to me that U-Haul should give a bit more consideration to the convenience of its customers. I will be relocating again in a few months and will consider other options before U-Haul for the move.

Perhaps keep a fire extinguisher on premises? The folks were super helpful though and they handled the transfer paperwork and provided some assistance on the transfer to a new trailer. We were extremely fortunate that the incident occurred at the exit where M&M were situated. Otherwise we could have lost an entire 12x6 full of belongings to a fire due to faulty uhaul equipment.

fix your equipment availability. Pick up trucks and car haulers not showing up for locations with actual availability and no reservations.

I had the 10 ft box truck for less than 2 hours and was charged $74. That is outrageous! I only drove 41 miles. I did take out insurance but $74 is robbery!!!!

Make it easier to check out on iPhone It took over 1 and 1/2 hours to get checked out First 1/2 hour was on hold waiting to speak to someone Making directions clearer on turning on location on phone would be a great help

This location was amazing and the young lady was very helpful inside. U-haul did a terrible job and changed my reservation last minute and didn't tell me. A,"Jacob", contacted me and I said no on the change of venue and he changed the date and size of the truck. Then while calling U-haul I had to go to three different locations that were separate from what was online, and the times for pick up were all wrong. Very poor customer service on a national level, definitely will be using a different company in the future.

My issue was not with the pick up or drop off location location. It was the overall U-Haul experience of reserving my rental in one place but then having to drive over 60 miles to get my truck in one location and furniture pads in another location. Very poor experience and calling the traffic management number did not help much. They just didn't care about my experience.

The window trim was about 20 % off the window with tape holding it down. The tape came off after about 10 minutes of driving. The truck smelled like someone had been living in it for weeks. The smell was so bad we drove as much of the 800 miles with windows down as possibly. Even with wiping everything in the truck down and using febreeze and air freshener didn't help the smell.

I feel that the price was outrageous and their is no way to justfy charging someone over$600 dollars to rent a truck.

Experience could not possibly have been any better. Sierra and her dad were extremely helpful and some of the nicest people I have ever met. They were prompt and exactly true to their word. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Kudos. Thanks so much. RC
