Perhaps keep a fire extinguisher on premises? The folks were super helpful though and they handled the transfer paperwork and provided some assistance on the transfer to a new trailer. We were extremely fortunate that the incident occurred at the exit where M&M were situated. Otherwise we could have lost an entire 12x6 full of belongings to a fire due to faulty uhaul equipment.

Richard N.This location was amazing and the young lady was very helpful inside. U-haul did a terrible job and changed my reservation last minute and didn't tell me. A,â€Jacobâ€, contacted me and I said no on the change of venue and he changed the date and size of the truck. Then while calling U-haul I had to go to three different locations that were separate from what was online, and the times for pick up were all wrong. Very poor customer service on a national level, definitely will be using a different company in the future.

It was the overall U-Haul experience of reserving my rental in one place but then having to drive over 60 miles to get my truck in one location and furniture pads in another location. Very poor experience and calling the traffic management number did not help much. They just didn't care about my experience.
WAYNE S.The window trim was about 20 % off the window with tape holding it down. The tape came off after about 10 minutes of driving. The truck smelled like someone had been living in it for weeks. The smell was so bad we drove as much of the 800 miles with windows down as possibly. Even with wiping everything in the truck down and using febreeze and air freshener didn't help the smell.
