roll up door very hard to open, mice doppings and lot fine dirt blown in. Other then that the storage service and out area is clean and secure.

Everything was pretty good. The staff were all nice and very helpful. The only issue I had was dust. A lot of dust. I had my belongings in there for about 4 months or so and it seemed like a hundred years of dust collected on everything.

The staff were always friendly when we went in to check on some thing and we enjoyed our experience. If we ever had to store anything again, we would definitely use M&M storage.

Dennis K | Expérience généraleThe only issue we had were the units walls did not close our unit it. It was accessible by about 4" to the unit next to it. We did not have mice when we moved into the unit but when the unit was cleaned out I cleaned out mouse poop on a lot of items and even found a nest in the back of the unit. The unit also wasn't sealed so everything was covered by dust. I've used other storage facilities in Pueblo and never had this issue. The unit we had in aisle a did not have issues with mice, but the unit in aisle d everything was covered in poop.

Dan a | Expérience généraleI'm guessing the person I spoke to about my clearing out the storage was the manager/owner. She was snippy when I explained what was going on. Jumped to the conclusion that I wasn't turning in key and wouldn't get my key deposit back! I told her I was turning in key there was no problem there. I was trying to tell her I called and their phone but it wasn't taking calls. I called to give my 2 week notice. I had a catastrophic accident at my home and couldn't make it the storage site for a few days. I explained to staff members in the office that were decent when I turned in key. The practice of giving a two week notice when the storage will be emptied is like predicting the future. Especially if a person has to rely on people to move things. I know storage is scarce in this town. But why make it so hard. It's all about the money. No, I will not recommend this storage company or the other one ran by this company. Unless it's last one with openings.

They gave me several chances to get my stuff paid, unfortunately in my current situation, I've been unable to. They did what they had to and auctioned it off. I do not blame them. I, myself am embarrassed. But, I know that all is better now. I love these people. I believe I've used storage only one other time and it was in PW and I paid my rent, took my stuff and left because the people there were so hateful. At M&M self storage, you will not have that problem. They're very kind and caring. I adore them. Please do not take advantage of them. I'll see you guys soon.

venice g | Expérience généraleWas late on payment a few times and Storage got locked which is totally understandable because I signed a contract but when my storage was paid it would take up to a week before they would unlock it Also when i giving my verbal notice about moving out followed with a written notice the person on the phone was very rude The notice on the door gives the times that they are there in the office and are open they were never there or open those times making it very hard to go in and make payments they were also call the day your payment was due right at 8o’clock not a minute later requesting payment making it very difficult to answer their phone calls when you’re at work
